We were well looked after today in the Elgin Dreams store by Craig. We used the sleep computer bed to find out a few options suitable for us. Craig then let us a try lots of mattresses, leaving us to discuss options and try again and again. Our new mattress arrives in a couple of weeks but we got our pillows home today - can’t wait to try them out tonight, might actually be more excited about the pillows than I am about the mattress. Thank you Craig.

We were looking to replace our mattress. In the Elgin store we were ably assisted by Craig. He answered our questions about different styles in full, however, at no time did we feel we were being pushed towards buying any particular type or make. We bought a mattress and pillows, but we cannot comment on the product as it will be about ten days before the mattress is delivered and we will not use the pillows beforehand. But thanks to Craig for his friendly and helpful assistance.

I know, on this occasion, I haven't made a major purchase but that's not to say I won't in the future - having had great customer service from both Dawn in Elgin and another lady in your Southend on Sea show rooms, yesterday, dreams will be at the very top of my list in the future.Both ladies were so helpful patient and kind and had a very solid professional product knowledge. As a 75 year old I can only describe the service I received, as service as I used to remember ie Good Old Fashioned Service!!Thank you Dreams and I will certainly be back when the need arises and be recommending you as I've already started to do today.

Alan, at Dreams Elgin, was very attentive and keen. My partner and I purchased our first bed on a tight budget at with Alans help. We felt sure that the Dreams colleagues were motivated to offer us the best price and service within our range and left very happy with our purchase. The range of products was appealing and we are very happy with our ultimate purchase.

Clear, knowledgeable, no fuss, no pressure advice. All of the criteria that we needed for a new bed and mattress were met and with the help of very friendly and courteous service. We even left the shop for an hour or so that we could reflect on the options and which would be the right ones for us. On our return, we were met with the same excellent and friendly service and made our purchase. I cannot yet comment on the delivery and installation services, but I am sure that the product will be perfect. I would highly recommend Dreams, and its store in Elgin in particular.
