I am very disappointed with our dealings with this company. They told us a date for delivery twice and it did not arrive on time. (the first dilivery went to the wrong address and therfore could not be dilivered when they said it would be despite being told they had wrote road rather than Lane in the dilivery address_the invoice address was correct)On calling the office to inquire during our second delivery as to where the delivery was, we were told that it would be there in the afternoon. No dilivery so called again, to be told it would be the first dilivery tomorrow. Here I am having arrived prior to 8 am to wait for the first delivery that has not shown up. On calling the office we were told it would be on the second dilivery. Each time we phoned we checked the address as the first order we had was delayed due to them taking it to the incorrect address and low and behold again the dilivery was done for the wrong address.Its not so much the inconvenience of having workers standing around for diliverys that don't show up, or the fact that they keep getting the address wrong, what has made me rather annoyed, it is the dishonesty. Don't tell me it will be on the first diliverys if that is not the truth.As you can imagine we wanted to make a complaint to be told no one was available to talk to. Surly your company must have a complaints procedure in place so that people can complain!!!! How about a call back!I have to say that the dilivery staff who bought the goods were first class it's the office staff I am raising my concern over. Poor customer service and we shall never deal with your company again.

Sorry to ha e to leave a 1 star rating, their card machines would not accept any off my cards, credit or debit, paid by bank transfer, failed to deliver on few occasions and now 3 months no refund since December, what a joke, called store so many times,emailed my bank details and nothing, very disappointed to say the leaset......What's the point in the generic reply you give to all reviews ,Avoid buildbase

Delivery did not arrive on date promised by manager. Poor communication and updates from company. Was told i would have the contact details of the regional manager emailed straight over to me so i could raise a complaint....two days later still waiting. Terrible customer service will never use again
