Valley View-Pendle

We have had such a lovely relaxing stay we already can't wait to come back. The views are West facing so there's sun all day with sheep cows rabbit deer and even red kites to watch so dont forget your binoculars. Everything has been thought of bottle opener, torch, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, robes, slippers, sleep masks, fluffy towels even the glasses cups and champagne flutes were good quality. The bed and pillows are super comfy the shower was amazing there is nothing that has been missed the bbq package even had everything you need down to salt & pepper and the fridge freezer was a really good size. The cabin was spotless so much so that it looked brand new. A little bonus is that just over the road is a lovely cafe that was superb for breakfast and dinner. Thank you Sharon for a lovely cosy stay we can't wait to come back.

We loved our 2 nights at Valley view, the Pendle pod was cosy, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and also dog friendly she loved lying in front of the log burner!The view from the pod is beautiful, we loved watching all the wild rabbits and pheasants in the field ❤️Sharon has thought about all the little touches like milk, orange juice, butter, dressing gowns and socks, white company toiletries too.The kitchen had everything we needed, Sharon has thought of everything.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely loved it here! We stayed in the Blacko Lodge which had everything we needed for the weekend. We even booked the hot tub (an additional cost) but well worth it for the view and relaxation.

Managing a high end holiday park it’s hard to find accommodation that lives up to our standards but from previous reviews I was hopeful that Valley View would do so. And it did without a doubt. Sharon was the perfect host with the best communication and easy to talk to and ask questions. she was very accommodating. The pod (Pendle) was much more than a pod and it has exactly as the name says, an amazing, unspoilt, perfectly peaceful valley view. The pod was immaculately clean, well presented and had everything you need for a short, luxury get away from it all. But it was the little extras that made it for me. The milk/juice/butter in the fridge, small but welcome essentials as well as the tea, coffee, delicious cookies! But the quirky things too like hand soap and ‘dish juice’! Loved it! The bed socks and crisp gowns for the hot tub and the bathroom extras. The hot tub with its view was amazing. This was booked as a birthday surprise for my husband who has never experienced a hot tub. It’s set the bar high. Just across the road is a wonderfully friendly licensed cafe, and we were lucky enough to enjoy a superb Sunday roast with our family, who then we’re able to visit briefly and check out the pod. They too were very impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharon and Valley View and will definitely be returning.

We stayed (June) for two nights in ‘Roughlee’ pod was everything we hoped it would be. Owner, Sharon, is lovely. Friendly and ‘down to earth’. We really switched off, enjoying the gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings. Slept very well in a comfortable bed with plump pillows and duvet. Small kitchenette provided more than enough for our stay including a convection/microwave and two ring gas hob. All the crockery/cutlery and cookware was clean (glasses were sparkling) and the hospitality tray was well stocked. Fresh milk to be found in the fridge freezer. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern with toiletries supplied alongside fresh towels and vanity products. It was a very pleasant surprise to find dressing gowns, slippers, sleep masks and earplugs were also provided. To top it off, a small barbecue area just outside the pod was there if we felt the urge for some al fresco.Dog friendly..When we dined at Hamish’s cafe, just across the road, we found it to be excellent in quality of both food and service (also dog friendly).We were so impressed, we booked our next stay before we left.(August) Having just left after a three night stay in the ‘Blacko’ pod, I can honestly say this place is a sanctuary. The peace and quiet in such stunning scenery is worth every penny spent.We will be back!Highly recommendedRoma

Wow these glamping pods are another level. 5 star high end all the way brand new accommodation featuring all the mod cons and requirements for a comfortable stay. Great views and outdoor space. We couldn't have asked for more. I travelled with my teenage daughter and pooch for a relaxing break and that's exactly what we got. The attention to detail was on point fantastic friendly owner/host. I would highly recommend booking this place its amazing.

The best stay ever, host was lovely. The pods are so clean and open.... the shower was the highlight for my other half as he's 6ft5 and usually struggles yo find a shower big enough. Thunderstorm made it that bit special for us. We had the doors open fire on and had the most relaxing time.Would 100% come back just to listen to the cows nearby. But honestly one of the best nights we've had away.

Wow!! What an amazing location with equally amazing luxury cabins. We can't wait to stay again! The views are off the scale with a brilliant choice local walks, bars and eating places.
