Creative Design and Build have completely remodelled and renovated the downstairs of our house and we are so pleased with the end result. A great kitchen and utility design, a high standard of workmanship and a great finish. We wanted a company who would take control of every aspect of our extension and new kitchen and we certainly wasn’t disappointed.Every member of their team were professional and friendly the whole time.We couldn’t find any faults from start to finish and would highly recommend them.

We had Creative Design to design, undertake building alterations and fit a new kitchen and utility room. It was important to us that we used someone who could undertake the entire project from start to finish which is exactly what they provided – Helen Joule designed the kitchen in conjunction with Andy Murray who assessed what was feasible with regard to building alterations and then managing all the building work and trades.In coming to a decision on kitchen units, worktops and flooring Creative Design have a beautifully fitted showroom in Hazel Grove enabling you to view and see a wide range of options, and then having your choices input into a computer programme which provides a good visual of how everything will look – having everything in one place made it easy to make confident choices.In terms of the project it was managed impeccably with weekly updates from Lucy and Emma as to who would attend (builders, joiners, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, and kitchen fitters) and when, with Andy overseeing all aspects of the job. Every single person that worked on the project was both lovely and good at their job, and always punctual and reliable. Any questions or queries were promptly addressed with a few on job tweaks and changes undertaken seamlessly.The completed project was everything, and more, than we envisaged possible and needless to say we are absolutely delighted with the outcome, the quality, and the outstanding customer service. Andy, Helen, and the team are exceptional at what they do and would highly recommend them. Thank you very much!!
