A pleasant walk around the Tarn. Pick the right time to see planes taking off and landing. Clean and tidy, but absolutely no toilet facilities anywhere near by. Play area is well kept and relatively safe, the playground gate regularly is not shut as the auto closing mechanism is broken.

One of the great things about living in Yeadon is the Tarn. Full of wildlife a nice waking and running area for people and dogs. There’s always people fishing and frequently people doing water sports like sailing. There’s a really good play park for the kids right next to it and always an ice cream van about.

Great dryish walk on a wet day. Flat surface and even path, suitable for all. Lots of shrubs, little ponds and interesting wildlife on the small lake here. There can be some big puddles and runoff. If you’re lucky you might see a plane takeoff or landing. 0.8 miles per lap and free car parking.

Lovely flat walk on tarmac paths. Lovely in summer with a park for the kids, a BMX park, ice cream van. In Winter the wind can really bite. Dogs on leads, no cycling allowed around the dam.

Lovely walk around the tarn. Was reasonably popular with an ice cream van. Lots of geese and swans on the water as well as rowers. Paths were well surfaced and quite wide - lots of prams and they all seemed to be coping fine.

A good place for a nice, short walk. There's a playground for the kids. There's usually an ice cream van too. Lots of flora and fauna and birds to see There's a small car park there too. Although beware! Some people seem to park anywhere in it! Not just in the parking spaces provided. We were blocked in one time and had to wait for the owners of the other car to come back. Cue a little verbal altercation. They were aware of what they'd done. Not even an apology.

Great place for a walk and some easy exercise. Yeadon folk use it all the time...anglers flock to fish, people feed the geese and there are plenty of diversions including the regular sight and sound of aeroplanes taking off and landing at nearby Leeds Bradford airport.

Great for a walk round with the family and/or dogs. Playground for the grandkids. Enjoy an ice cream or maybe fish and chips from the local chippy. Watch the swans and ducks and planes taking off too.

Not a good park. In comparison to other parks, 1 star is fair. The good reviews must be from people who clearly never visited other parks.Too many trash on the ground. Not enough bins. Lake is filled with plastics and lots of people with tents fishing!! Not enough parking spaces. Cars park wherever they want.
