Steve and his team really went above and beyond while fitting our bathroom.Half way through the job my husband became suddenly ill and we had to reschedule - which must have been a right pain for the whole team.Steve very kindly reorganised everything to fit the new timetable, and the work continued to a beautifully high standard.The bathroom is stunning, and I want to make special mention of the tiling - it is just so well done. Absolutely faultless. I smile every time I see the precision workmanship.Aqualine bathrooms will be our first and only choice if we ever need another bathroom fitted.

Fantastic bathroom fitted from Aqualine (north sea lane). Came out to measure and shower build to measure and to your specification and a very fair price. Free no obligation quotes. They also do kitchens and other plumbing work like repairs, drain water for end of season and open back up at start of season. Very highly recommend. We left our key with them to complete the work while we were at home and no mess was left at all. Also had a completely separate leak late one evening and be came the following morning (Sunday).

If you want a good job doing go elsewhereJust over a year ago I commissioned Aqualine bathrooms to install a complete bathroom.I should have realised when the estimate did not arrive and I had to chase them up. Yes it was just after the pandemic and companies were snowed under with work but never the less I in time got the estimate and it came in at £10000.500 we placed the order and was given a date some 5 months in the future.The company arrived on said date and started the work within the day I could see we were going to have problems.I made one or two suggestions and these were taken into account.On completion the shower did not work as expected so I had to contact Aqualisa for advice and they told me what to do but added the installer should have done all this and tested it.I went into the loft and followed the instructions given and all was ok however I was not happy that Aqualine had left all there rubbish strewn about the loft also at the side of the property there were bits of pipe left and I had to tell them to fill in the old drain hole which they did in a fashion with none matching cement.On inspecting the bathroom I was disgusted at the way the silicone had been applied it looked as though it had been put on with a spoon.I called the office and told them and they reapplied the silicone but this was after a number of calls asking when they are going to come.Since then I have had them back 4 times to fix bad workmanship the latest was the coving coming loose and gaps appearing between the coving and the wall also the quadrant fitted to the corners looks as though it has been fitted by a four year old.I have been into the office to ask for two lengths do quadrant this was almost two weeks ago and I am still waiting so I have given up and that is what prompted me to write this reviewIn conclusion giving this company the work was a grave mistake I would expect better for the money paid and as for the after sales service forget it.I feel after some thought i should add to this reviewWhen the work was completed as reported in the above review my wife and I was not at all apply with the work carried out and not as aqualine states I suggested that I would hold back part payment until I was happy with the work I was told that all the faults will be fixed some 18 months later you would think that the work was completed 5 yrs ago.We have had the shower people out three times now the latest visit to change the data cable (this was not a fault caused by aqualine I might add) However the data cable could not be changed as when installed it should have been put in trunking which it was not.As for the so called abuse this is totally untrue as one knows being aggressive gets you nowhere so that is untrue. Being firm is another story.UPDATEThe ongoing bad workmanship with my bathroom goes on today the 5th aug 23 the quadrant in the corner of the shower has fallen off it was clearly not fitted correctly and to my horror the corner behind the quadrant is such a bodge up I am lost for words the corner does not fit together as you would expect and there is a chunk out of the wall board clearly the quadrant was there to cover up the bad workmanship by the fitter. This is becoming a nightmare.

Recently had my bathroom fitted by Steve pat and his team we highly recommend they have worked soo hard and my bathroom was finished to a high standard very professional thanks again to you all Hayley and Chris Hargreaves

My wife and I came across Aqualine after purchasing a house that required some work and especially a new bathroom. We had people we had used in the past at our old property but getting people together was too much hard work as no one could make the time frame, so we bit the bullet and changed sources and I am glad we did!We had driven past aqualine numerous times and the shop always caught my attention, and looked like a good place to put our faith in. Steve and the team did and amazing job and also took into consideration we have a young daughter. They made the removal and replacement of the old bathroom as smooth and slick as possible and the results are great as are the team.We were so made up we also recommended them to my father who also had a new bathroom put in by Steve and Co and also my mother in law has just requested a quote, so they are doing something right. Infact we have also hired members of Steves team for various other jobs from electrical, joinery and plastering and everyone one of them have been professional, hard working and friendly and been re-hired time and time again.As for Steve I cannot speak highly of enough, he's a great guy and has gone out of his way to help me when I have needed him, especially when I stupidly drilled through a water pipe whilst trying to secure old battered floor boards in my landing!Again I cannot praise Aqualine enough, thanks team.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job when they fitted my new bathroom. I am so pleased with how everything turned out. The people working in the shop were kind and spent time helping choose everything. All in all it was a really positive experience. 5*
