The staff at Peter Charles in Ross on Wye are friendly and natural. They don't make the customer feel a bit inadequate with their fashion chic. They do a very good job without a song and dance. Many thanks to Sarah for a cut that works.

Me and my partner went to get my daughter's haircut. They are 2 and 4 years old and to say they can be difficult is an understatement.Both hairdressers were great with the kids, playing games and keeping them entertained and engaged throughout, hardly noticing they were getting their hair cut at all!

Naomi did my hair for my wedding at Lyde Court in July 2021. We had a trial at her salon about six weeks before the wedding and Naomi took lots of care to get the style exactly right. She was very patient as we made adjustments and as I worked out what I wanted. On the day, I was so pleased with the end result, it was just perfect, and my mum and bridesmaid were very happy with their styles, too. Naomi was professional, friendly, and very chilled -- it was just lovely to have her company on a very special morning. I highly recommend Naomi's work.

I'm devastated!I've been growing my hair since pre-covid and following my visit yesterday, it's looking very likely that it will be coming off. Or at least a radical makeover to fix what Peter Charles have done.Part of the reason I'd been growing my hair was a post cancer treat to myself.I hope that you treat your female clients much better and gents, unless you're after a grade 2 all over (I'm not sure I'd trust them to that well) save your money and go elsewhere.
