From the very first phone call all of the staff at Freeman Jones have been excellent with how they kept me updated on my application, handled my personal information and spoke through the whole IVA process with me, ensuring that I had the opportunity to have several different ways of meeting with staff, over the telephone meeting or face to face. They ensured that I understood what was happening at every point in the application journey. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and professional and it was so quick to get my IVA in place. Thank you to the staff that helped me and I look forward to continuing to work with this company throughout the term of my IVA.

This company gave me back my life, they were so helpful. I made my final payment in January 2020 and received my certificate in March 2020. I never missed a payment and provided all evidence that was requested. I am now debt free and able to get on with my life. Without the help I received I don't know where I would be

The aim of Freeman Jones and staff is to help as many people as possible get debt free. Always remember that your agreed IVA is separate to your IVA company. The role of the company is to assist you comply with your agreement to get you debt free and make your life better. Make sure when entering an IVA to read all terms and conditions so you are fully prepared. Any questions, just contact Freeman Jones. 4 important issues to always remember..1. Make your payments2. Update your circumstances annually3. Send your IVA every piece of proof of income during your arrangement.4. If you own a property, equity will be assessed in the final year and if above 5k is available and you cannot remortgage (which is likely) you are required to extend your arrangement by a further 12 monthsMain issues always relate to people not doing the above or doing it all at the very end leading to your IVA company having to review things in the final year, meaning you may then have arrears that you have to pay to finish successfully. Remember, it is Your responsibility to keep your IVA company up to date, not just verbally but physically sending in changes (improvements/reductions) to prove what you have said.Always keep your IVA company up to date, that way it will work for you and payment will ALWAYS be affordable. I have been pushed pillar to post with the company, told multiple different things by each person I speak too. Completed my IVA and made my final payment 12 weeks ago after 6 years and now they are still delaying my certificate of completion with no acceptable explanation. Would not recommend this company to anyone else!

I am not an ex employee firstly which is what theyll say, DO NOT USE THESE FOR YOUR IVA, honestly if you go bankrupt it's way easier and if you ever have to use this horrendous company choose a DRO not IVA which they wont tell you about.taken me 5 and a half years to pay off the IVA and honestly its been hell, they will tell you to not send payslips in then charge you a tonne of interest and say well you should of sent them in and when you finish they wont give you your completion certificate as they said it can be another 6 months before i get mine.Honestly 100% just go bankrupt it'll be alot less hassle.

Terrible!!! My circumstances changed a year ago and I contacted them straight away. Send all requested documents and paid token payments each and every month waiting for the review. After a year and being on the phone with advisor for 3hrs it's still not sorted. I send my tax documents for last year and they ignore my earnings. Looks like they're not willing to help at all, but 2 years ago when I had full time job they were very quick to put up my monthly payments to £230 Amazing!!! Today I got my income and expenditure for from Freeman Jones and it's been not changed at all. After sending all proofs and discussing my present life situation for 3 hours did not change a thing. Awful!!! I am facing no child support from ex, being a carer for my Diabetic Type 1 son, having teenage daughter and husband who works every hour possible to keep going is just so hard, but still making payments. My council tax bill went from £50 to £140 and all the said is - they can't except this amount so they put it as £43. Why? I send original bill to them and DD are on my bank statement. Total ignorance. Plus the person who I spoke on the phone was so rude to me. Made me cry on the end. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Real shame as I found Freeman Jones to be very helpful but Financial Wellness group is absolutely atrocious service. I am very concerned now that they are in contract of something so financially important.Never answer phone calls, the chat service says they haven't received things you have sent and wrote very abruptly, their customer service E-Mails they don't respond to, yet they send you threatening letters saying you haven't provided things that you have proof you have sent that could affect your finances!Sorry to say but since the takeover I would say avoid like the plague!

I am a Harrington Brooks customer and so far I have not encountered any problems with Freeman Jones, and I hope this continues until my IVA is up in June 2020. I have mostly got through on the phone and if I haven't I used the ring back feature, and always got a call back by friendly helpful staff.I recently did my review and when I received the letter informing me of my new payments, which had gone up by £40 pm, I rang them to inform them I could not afford that and it was sorted there and then, and reduced to an amount I could affordHowever, after reading some of these reviews I am getting a little worried now that there is going to be more money therefore more time added to my IVA.I have always worked with them and sent everything they asked for ie wage slips, bank statements etc andinformed of any changes.UPDATEI finished my IVA with Freeman Jones this year May 2020. I got my Completion Certificate about 6 weeks later. Rang them cos I had some questions, and they were fantastic.Brilliant company, can't fault themThe IVA was the best thing I did.Thank you Freeman Jones.

I find the company unhelpful as all the the same information go's missing that you send them plus have to keep having g to resend and call to make sure they gotA company that gives you more stress than what's needs been with iva from 2018 nd all been made out it my fault they not not Informion just a shame to make you pay morw
