Came over from Kent as I liked the website. Had phoned to make an appointment and Sarah came over and introduced herself when we can to the shop. Really helpful, didn't stress about time, great advice given, bought the hat and can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding. Thanks.

Needed a hat for my daughter’s wedding and made an appointment. I was welcomed by Susan who was very helpful and I got a perfect colour match for my outfit (which I had been advised to bring along). Lovely shop and staff and would definitely recommend them.

I purchased my bra, underwear and bridal night wear from Hadleigh hats and Wedding Notes today. I had an appointment booked with Susan. I took my wedding dress with me and following being measured Susan picked out a couple of bras for me to try. The first bra I tried on was perfect and Susan found me some underwear to match! Susan knew exactly what I was looking for. Very reasonably priced products and I have come away very happy!

I rang to order a pair of shoes from them. The lady I spoke to checked and said they didn't have my size. I thanked her for checking and then she said if that's the shoe you want

I really had a horrible experience shopping here. Initially they were very helpful and seemed like they couldn’t be more helpful, I purchased quite a few things, got home and realised that what I had purchased wouldn’t work at all with my dress, so went back to exchange things. Suddenly they were extremely unhelpful and even rude. I had to exchange things down to the last penny... the woman’s closing words to me were “remember me when you wear it” (I had purchased wedding lingerie! Needless to say, I NEVER wore it!). They are very nice to you when they are getting money out of you, but ultimately don’t care at all!

Bit disappointed really, I came to the shop with a picture of my dress and a member of staff picked out a number of low back basques which she said would be 'perfect' for my dress, some costing up to £180. However after purchasing one I then took it home to try on with my dress and it was completely unsuitable, about 3 inches of the basque was on show at the back. After calling the shop they were unwilling to take an exchange or a refund.I would just like to warn all brides to not just follow the staff advice and either take your dress with you or be absolutely certain it will be suitable. I feel I was completely mislead into buying this basque as I know no bra would have been suitable and it would have been much better service for the staff to be honest and tell me this rather than trying to sell something unsuitable.

Spent a while in here trying stuff on. Staff were friendly and helpful, even offering drinks. Then I needed the loo and was told it's for staff only. Had to walk quite a way down the road and find a cafe that was willing to let me use their facilities without purchasing anything. Needless to say I won't be going back

The worst company to buy things from. You cannot get in touch with them, they don't respond via emails or phone. Firstly they send me an item which has been used, which I have noticed and therefore asked to refund it for (obvious reasons), then they blamed me that I used the item hence why they cannot offer me the refund. Additionally, the items they said they will refund, they don't refund them. What a terrible company. Don't order from there!
