Will be a one of the best bubble tea in london if you guys please change whatever tapioca pearls you are using. Drinks are good but the pearls are hard and has a weird texture. It doesn’t hit the spot at all.

Ordered 2 drinks through deliveroo. So not happy. Didn't even get bubbles in the drinks. I mean it's a Bubble Tea" place the least you could expect is some bubbles. Anyways put in your mind that you need to pay extra if you want bubbles :)!. Also the drinks were full of ice and when I took them out

The hijab girl had great customer service, she made very nice drinks for me and my mother. Best bubble tea ive had. I recommend having the brown sugar premium milk tea, it was my favourite.

CUPP is my favourite bubble tea shop, the service here is always efficient and staff are always friendly. This was my first time at their Camden location and we were greeted by Huda who was so lovely and welcoming. She even gave us some free stickers!! I really recommend coming to the Camden branch.

Roy & Marc were amazing, really attentive and always serves with a smile on their faces. When you see they are serving, know that you’ll always receive the best customer service… also, the summer drink Mo-tea-to with lychee jelly is to die for! The summer drinks are so good!!
