All of our daughters learned to dance with Jane Douglass Fitness and Dance - and took part in numerous shows - both on stage, and behind the scenes. Fantastic experiences, memories, and a wonderful nurturing atmosphere promoting health, fitness, dance, music, creativity, and more. Fantastic value for money and a great team that always go the extra mile.

My 14 year old daughter has been dancing with JDFD for the past 5 years and she loves it. The enthusiasm and passion the teachers impart on the students is wonderful, which in turn creates equally passionate dancers.

Amazing Dance School. You will struggle to find people who are more passionate about helping their students achieve. My daughters love the classes so much that one does three! Highly recommended

My daughter, aged 14, absolutely loves attending ballet and dance classes with JDFD and is fully committed to continuing in the years to come! Dancing purely for pleasure and for the annual show keeps the classes fresh and engaging. As a parent, I am so grateful as it keeps my daughter agile and fit (she isn’t a great fan of PE or team sports so otherwise she wouldn’t be moving much). I can highly recommend the variety of JDFD classes to anyone wanting to try something new and to dance for the fun of it!

My 12 year old daughter has been dancing with JDFD since she was 8. She does 3 classes, Project dance Ballet, Creative moves (choreography) and Dance crew. She adores all of these classes and has made some lovely friends. The classes are focused on learning and enjoying dance without exam pressure, which she found stressful in her previous ballet classes. The quality of the dance she is doing with her fabulous teachers is showcased every year in a dance show which they work very hard to produce and it is a huge highlight for me. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful nurturing dance school to anyone.

Fantastic dance classes - both my children (boy and girl) have enjoyed them over the years. Caring and supportive teachers. They always keep you well-informed about progress and try to keep prices as reasonable as possible.

My daughter did Jane’s after school dance class. She began dancing with more traditional ballet and tap and moving onto Jane’s classes kept her interested for years longer. She loved the modern music and the teamwork of learning and performing routines together. Her pride at the annual public stage performances was immense, such good developmental experience for children. Thank you JD dance!I have also done Jane’s fitness and dance classes for adults, she has offered lots of options, from ski fit to dancing in heels! Most regularly I have done Pilates with Jane, she has an excellent understanding of the anatomy of the body and supports participants to exercise in a suitable way according to fitness and capabilities, from young to more senior adults.

Both my daughters have been attending Jane Douglass dance lessons since the age of 4 and love it. They provide great variety of different dances. The teachers are very nice, talented and fun. The girls also love the annual dance show that Jane puts together which enables them to perform to an audience of several hundred people.Would highly reccomend Jane Douglass fitness and dance.

Both of my children and I have enjoyed attending JDFD classes including creative, street, ballet and pilates classes. We have all thoroughly enjoyed the variety of classes and the enthusiastic teachers.
