AP Fitness and sports massage

I’ve been going to Ashleigh for 3 years this year starting with sports massage then onto personal training where I’ve gone from very little muscle mass to being able to lift weights I didn’t think possible!!Ash is the most professional person in this industry and immediately puts you at ease with her vast knowledge and experience and on top of that is very kind, supportive and always has her clients best interest at heart!!! She’s the best in the business!!!
