Ash at the store in Leamington Spa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great advice and we were very pleased with the service.

Ordered new carpet and underlay for an upstairs landing with the help of some great advice and friendly service from the staff in store. The two fitters who came were brilliant - they did an excellent job and left everything clean, neat, and tidy, making short work of the wonky shapes in our house that the carpet had to go around. Very happy!

Visited this branch yesterday - drove straight past it initially, didn't realise it was inside Homebase! The guy here was lovely, really helpful. Turns out the carpet I came to look at is brand new so samples not yet stocked but he rang another branch for me to check. He also gave me some advice on the type of carpet that would be suitable and showed me some examples.Further to someone's poor review based on pricing - you get what you pay for. I previously had some kitchen flooring from Tapi - the fitters were really professional and spent a lot of time and effort to ensure my wonky Victorian floor was level. Would recommend if you can afford it.

Ash was patient, allowed us to have the space to make our own decisions but gave valuable advice and guidance. Would highly recommend from my experience!!
