Prime Oak
We had an orangery from Prime Oak around 18 months ago. There were a few snags along the way, but we are very pleased with the result.As other reviewers have mentioned, some of the issues took a while to get sorted, but overall I would still recommend Prime Oak.If you have an oak building (from anyone), be prepared for movement in the structure and resulting issues with doors, adjacent walls etc.

We had an annexe built for our back garden to use as an office. Prime Oak were very helpful and their designers provided us with a solution that fitted our needs and also looked great. The end result is we can now work from home but also separate from our main residence. Less distractions and that's a godsend. Thank you Prime Oak.

I think it would be fair to say that the building was completed on time and to a very high standard. We did request that the doors could not be opened from the outside yet they delivered the building with door handles and locks that could be opened from the outside. This was obviously a misunderstanding so my advice would be to check the paperwork very very carefully before giving the go ahead. Having said that, a few little problems were dealt with very efficiently without any quibbles so aftercare is very good.

Point proven I think. Another dismissive response from Prime Oak. It wasn't the builder who lied to me, shouted and sneered at me or walked away leaving me to clear up the mess they left behind. Ignoring complaints is not the way to resolve them.I fear this company will never improve until it starts taking responsibility and stops treating its customers with contempt.

Very poor company to deal with. They designed a garage with a side door that won’t open once a car is put in the garage. This is obviously a design fault but according to Prime Oak it’s the customers fault as we signed the drawings. Why would you design a garage where a door won’t open?Customer service is dreadful and they have no concept of treating customers fairly. Their default action is to bully the customer and blame them before anything else.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service, poor response, ignorant. Not nice people to deal with.Had a 3 bay open garage installed a few years ago and was pleased with the product. I wanted to 'enclose' one of the bays and contacted them to obtain the parts. Long story (it needn't have been) but communication from Prime Oak was atrocious, I had to chase every contact several times. In the end they were rude and ridiculous. I have asked the managing director to contact me but, unsurprisingly, no response

Oak is amazing.The sales team where great, we changed our minds a few times on layout and the designs came back quickly.Had a couple of delays on the build, nothing big just a couple of weeks.Snags took a bit of time to sort but once I got through to the right person all was put right quickly.If you want a lot of oak and fine detail these are the guys to use.You do get what you pay for on the amount oak and roof is an art in its self.hopefully the after sales is sorted now as this was our only gripe, so next time maybe 5 stars.

Prime Joke is the best thing to say. My last review seems to have been removed somehow. Please please please go nowhere near this bunch of ……. After sales does not exist and every excuse ready and waiting. Fortunately we have had the last laugh as we have persuaded 3 persons now to use others and not even bother with Prime Joke.

Prime Oak is very poor, joinery held together with silicone and decking screws, they bully and blamed anyone and threaten with breach of contract when you complain, they will not admit their failings or correct the work, be very careful. Message me images!
