Nikki answered all my questions and got me sorted, Charlotte gave me a great balayage with gorgeous colour, and Jo cut and styled my hair beautifully. Really pleased with the results and will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

When I was looking for a new hair stylist, Charlotte was recommended by a friend. I was really nervous because I am extremely fussy with my hair and have had bad experiences in the past. Charlotte has been amazing. She listened to my concerns and has been very patient with my indecisiveness. She is super talented and I am so grateful to have her as my stylist.

I joined as a customer as soon as Ross opened the salon - choosing to follow my hair stylist Sarah who has been cutting and highlighting my hair for several years now. Sarah is one of the best hair stylists I've ever had - I even drove back to Winchester from Somerset to continue having my hair done by her after we moved there for a year. The fact my hair hasn't been cut or coloured now since the beginning of March and still looks presentable is testament to her skill - and she's been great at calling me to reschedule my hair appointment on a monthly basis as the lockdown continues! I really like the new salon - it's calm, the wifi is great (yup, sadly I'm usually working whilst having my hair done) and Ross and Sarah are just lovely and totally unpretentious. Can't recommend the salon - or Sarah highly enough - 5* from me!

I had my hair cut on Saturday and I'm very pleased with it. I'll definitely go again to see Mark who cut my hair.The salon was lovely and clean and I noticed a sign saying they'd recently had a bacterial spray cleaning service in the salon which is reassuring that they're taking such measures to keep clients and themselves safe. There were also no concerns fron me with all the protective visors etc that were being used by staff. Very professional

I went to By Ross Garcia today to have my lockdown locks done by Sarah and as usual I’m really pleased with both the cut and the highlights - she’s a great hairdresser. I was a bit apprehensive about going but needn’t have been as the staff were wearing face shields and protective aprons and provided disposable towels and hand gel. Stylists can only work with one client at a time and we were all safely distanced from each other so I felt quite safe. There were no magazines or tea or coffee but you can take your own. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere and I felt very comfortable.

Thank you Sarah for making my hair appointment such a relaxing, enjoyable experience. You show great understanding of colour and style and always give an honest opinion. I am never disappointed with my colour and cut. You are an amazing hairdresser. Ross Garcia is well equipped, modern and a very comfortable new salon using good quality products that smell incredible. Great coffee and biscuits finish the experience off. A very happy customer.

Lovely welcome, professional salon. After a consultation on changes I wanted to make to my colour I got great advice and am thrilled with the result. Definitely a new regular customer. Great shampoo and blow dry from the lovely Summer too! Thank you and see you soon!

Having had my hair done all over, including in some very high end places, By Ross Garcia never fails to be the best salon I have ever been to. Jo is a fantastic stylist and my highlights were exactly what I was looking for, very skilled with making my blonde look natural with subtle blonde shades. Thrilled. Thank you.

Oh how happy I am that I got my hair cut by wonderful Leah who understood exactly what my goal was when I explained I wanted to keep my hair long but more manageable with beautiful thick blunt ends.Having very long hair I am ultimately very picky on who I let work with it and I knew that Ross Garcia only employs the most competent hairdressers in and around Winchester.I love my haircut, I love the atmosphere at ByRossGarcia and I highly recommend Leah for everyone with long hair because she is über fantastic with a pair of scissors, creating magic. Another lovely hair cut and colour by Ross Garcia!Ross has been my hairdresser for many years now and he offers London service and experience in Winchester. I feel so lucky I have found him.His new salon is clean, airy and spacious with friendly, professional staff.I travel over 20 miles for my hair cut, but it is absolutely worth it!Would recommend to everyone to visit this great salon.
