I contacted Dorset Pianos when my daughter needed a new piano. She loved being able to try each one within our price range without feeling like she was being pressured by a salesman.Each piano comes with a free warranty subject to 2 piano tunings a year. Delivery was quick and the old piano was taken away without me needing to move it outside. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new piano or piano tuning.

I was very impressed by Dorset Pianos.My daughter and I made an appointment and had a wide variety of pianos to look at. Nigel had a good selection that matched what we wanted from a piano and our budget. My daughter was able to try out the different pianos to find the right match. It was easy to pay and arrange delivery. The delivery was prompt and the gentlemen safely placed the piano where we wanted it. Since then we have had our piano beautifully tuned by Dorset Pianos and all three of my children have enjoyed learning on the piano. The piano has been a great investment and we look forward to many more years of use. Thank you!

We were looking to buy our first piano and weren't really sure what we wanted. Nigel was really easy to deal with, knowledgable and gave us what felt like a really balanced view on the different options. He very effectively guided us in making a choice without making us feel pressured. This was hugely important to us, given a piano is not a small investment. It also gave us complete confidence in him very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a piano and we are planning on using him again to tune the piano too.

We bought our baby grand piano from Dorset piano. We love the piano so much. In the show room, there were lot of piano. We could easily compare the sound of the piano. Finally we found one piano that every family member like.And Nigel came to tune the piano. He did a great job. Our piano sound so lovely.

Bought an upright piano from these people a few years ago, very polite, friendly and patient with me. Plenty of time given to look around the studio and ask questions. New to me, piano arrived in a timely manner.The old piano I bought really cheap disposed of, which was very difficult to get out of my small flat. What looked like but was not easily done. It took 5 people to get in and only 2 to get out from this company.
