Unfortunately didn't get a name but I was served by an older woman with blonde hair. Very rude, unfriendly and walked off once she'd taken my order to the opposite end of the seating area to clean tables, no someone else will serve you shortly etc". I'm quite a smiley and friendly person

We arrived early after opening and the place is flithy. Crumbs and dust everywhere, seats and floors. Toilets smell. Carpark for Greg's and Starbucks was covered in litter too. Coffee was mediocre. Shame as has potential to be quite nice.

I came 1:30h before it closes and I needed to use the bathroom because of my high blood sugars (I'm diabetic) and I asked one of the employees and they said it was fine for me to use the bathroom... After I came out I become bombarded from a guy that may have been her college or manager idk, saying that I shouldn't have done this and I should have went for the pump ...I tried to explain the situation and he continued to be rude about it, like he did not care for my condition at all...Will never come back here again

Area around Starbucks absolutely filthy. Litter everywhere, my dog choked on a chicken bone. Staff were rude and inattentive I asked for dairy free frappé due to allergies and then watched him make it with a container marked dairy. When I pointed this out he snorted like I was a nuisance poured it away and then made another with bad grace. Will avoid here in future. If I hadn't watched him making it I wouldn't have known it had dairy until it was too late.

The best services I have been to. Immaculate inside, including toilets. Our server (Delia) was friendly and really efficient!

I asked for a double expresso in a flat white cup, topped up with water. This was met with a rude response as it appears that this drink was mot on the menu and they would be in trouble if they seved such a drink.I politely told them that it would be nice if they just served me what I had asked for. This they did but not with good grace.

Staff in this cafe were lovely - friendly and helpful. The cafe was a nice place to be and the team are clearly taking care of it. Coffee was awful.

The entrance from the parking area next to Greggs is a little hidden but the restaurant is smart and clean. Food selection was not extensive but we had panninis which were good. Service was quick. There was plenty of room and parking was available right outside. Very convenient.
