Very Disgusted at this surgery and the way they conduct patients health what happened to young children and OAPs being PRIORITY seems them days have sailed.Doctor didnt have time to see our son and flogged us off to the chemist .Are these doctors saying to us that chemists are doctors.And doctors dont want to work.For Gods sake our son been suffering from inflamed throat cud be tonsils for all we know but Gps give two hoots. VERY VERY DISGUSTED. Please for Gods get your priority sorted.

The receptionist with red hair is not properly trained. I went in to get registration papers for someone who is sick. She asked me his postcode and stuff and flapped around and then says he has to come in himself. Needs some training as people who are mentally ill can walk in, thats not safe. I felt awkward or asif I've asked her to put my kids through uni. its not ideal.

This GP has to do better. The receptionists are always eager to get rid of you when you call. Hence they end up giving wrong information, then you have to go back and forth till there is a solution which has already taken days or even weeks. I will not recommend this GP to anyone!

Brilliant GP surgery, my experience has been very good at every point.With the appointment system, to speaking to the lovely, polite and very helpful receptionistist who at one point had to change a prescription for me and managed to arrange that the same day. Everything I can say about the care is exemplary,The appointments with several of the healthcare professionals including Dr. Sinha himself who was a gentleman, professional and gave me a very effective treatment for a horrible ear infection I had been suffering from.To conclude;Very polite and helpful staff,Effective, polite and concise medical professionals and a very good patient experience, I can't recommend the Practice more.

I don't normally do reviews but had to for this surgery because I feel a lot of practice surgeries need to take a leaf out of this one. I have dealt with many practice surgeries and I have to say that this is by far the best one.I deal with a lot for my mum and have recently moved her to Walsall. I registered her to this Pleck surgery and honestly the reception staff and doctors are great. You actually feel like you are being listed to (which is very rare with doctors nowadays)The reception staff are really lovely and genuinely like to help.I spoke with one lovely lady called Amanda who made sure she stayed on the telephone until the patient online access was complete because I kept having issues. Amanda was taking the time to ensure everything was checked and correct on her side and would call me back straight away every time just like she promised until the set up was complete.I don't know any other receptionist that would do that. Others would just tell you to go online and follow the instructions.Not sure if you will get to see this review Amanda but thanks again for all your help my mum is 100% happy with this new practice :)Many thanksCherice

This “health centre” should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!!The receptionist are behaving like they have medical degree.Every single month I have the same issues with my mothers high blood pressure medication when she is in massive risk of a stroke!I am disgusted with this place as it is not running as it should be.There is this one receptionist which is extremely rude and she has raised her voice at me fair few times.I will be making a formal complaint as the incompetence of the staff working there amazes me daily…. It would be an amazing comedy club to be honest not a GP….Disgusting place! Avoid if you can!

My family has been registered at this surgery for over 30 years . Never have I experienced or seen this type of attitude and horrible attitude towards people and patients who are stressed or unwell . Staff are not sympathetic or helpful . It’s a shame as some older staff are still courteous and understanding and these type of new staff are putting the Service down . Customer service is a must in surgeries as people can be in stressful situations and this type of attitude does not help . My daughter does not want to come back and be seen because of the staff who did not even want to know why she needed an emergency appt . J you need proper customer training or recap your previous training you might have done . Thanks alot for the member of staff who listened and took our views on board .

If I could give this surgery a minus infinity then I would. This must be the worst run surgery in Europe. We can't even book an appointment by calling them and the app doesn't work most of the times. My mother is 90 years old and needs to see a doctor at times but unfortunately they tell you that they cant book at the surgery. I don't know how this practise is still operating.There is no problem with the Doctors and Nurses as they are all very kind and helpful.Seriously the local council needs to investigate this practise and maybe close it down or hand it to another organisation to run it as its just not working for the local public.

the girl attending the calls at reception is so rude all the time and have zero knowledge of communication. however doctors are polite and professional.

The receptionists at this surgery are absolutely disgraceful, rude and obnoxious and have no empathy whatsoever. This surgery has made it almost impossible for a face to face appointment with a gp. What an absolute disgrace. The receptionists are argumentative and have no respect whatsoever and think it’s acceptable to cut the phone off. Disgusting service.
