Please avoid this company. Look at the reviews on line from others on other sites. Equipment poor. No internet emails etc. Off line more than on line.They give you a price for a service and then proceed to take monies out of your account beyond what was agreed. Poor or even no customer service -left hanging on the telephone with no resolution to your issues. No one is bothered. They avoid dealing with complaints and you get no response when a complaint is either raised verbally or written.Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! I have never dealt with a worse company. The worst experience ever! And to top it off they took £600 out my bank without my consent when I was moving house. Still battling for it back now.

After being with them for 24 years Supanet decided to cut my landline off without any notification. This is just because I am trying to leave them. They have made up a load of charges and told me they won't switch it back on until I have paid. Please let this be a warning to others to seriously avoid this vile scamming company. I now have loss of landline for seven days and another seven to get me reconnected.

Do not go with this company they are terrible. We had supanet for a few years then changed to BT. Suapnet carried on taking money from my our account until we canceled the direct debit. Then 5 months later they send a demand for £110.00 in unpaid fees. I tried to ring them but was left on hold for 40min so I hung up and emailed them our phone number. They owes us money. My advise is use another company.

Deeply unpleasant company, just left them and that proved incredibly and frustratingly difficult, hours of telephone time, webchats, denials that I'd contacted them etc. I will say that some of the recent staff have been better but years of poor service makes me wonder why I waited so long to leave. Their website says it all, out of date, telephone numbers that are not available when they say they are and much information no longer valid. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent broadband supplier, had the service since November, no issues at all apart from wifi went off which was a problem on my side called the technical team and all that the issue was someone in my house has pressed the wifi button and switched it off, excellent customer service from them, getting faster speed than virgin was supplying.I look forward to being with supanet.

Literally was the most move I have ever done, where i live the download speed is normally 35mb but with supanet NO JOKE Was getting 200kbs.They course so much trouble to the point where I had to get in contact with offfcom because they though it was acceptable what they was doing and aslo try'ed to charge me a fee of £250! Would not recommendWorst internet provider going!!!!!I wonder how meny of these 5* are there employees because everyone I know hate the company and so do i

What a fraudulent company had no internet for 7 weeks.still took payments £ 37. When requested credit £3.69 was given as they only said fault was a week old lies and more lies. Wrong person to do it to now taking to court, can't wait to shut this company down
