Terrible customer service. No idea about the product they’re selling. Not helpful. I have a couple of O2 contract. But I’m thinking to change my network.

Not really very helpful, not sure why o2 are paying 3 members of staff to all hang round doing nothing. My ipad isn't working, its not been damaged, still in, warranty. They said i should claim off my o2 insurance as they weren't trained to help me.

Great experience with Imi and Igor. Sorted me out with a good phone and broadband deal. There were a lot of things to consider but they really helped figure out the best deal.

Called into this store to ask for some help with transferring a number and to pay off a device plan. They could be less helpful. There were 4 members of staff and no customers. One came over as his response to any question I had was to call customer service or look at the app. He wouldn't event look at my account. I've never felt so unwelcome in an O2 store before.

Fantastic service from Nathan in Didcot. Very knowledgable of all of the products when helping me upgrade my current phone. I went back in a few days later and made sure Nathan dealt with my upgrade. Great asset to the team. Thanks Nathan.

Phoned them yesterday for advice as I couldn't get hold of Oxford where I had been earlier in the day despite this the lady that I fist spoke to was amazing and the assistant manager I also spoke to was incredible. Will definitely be going here in future. Thank you.

The manager made me want to cry. He was horrible, aggressive and unhelpful. Thinking of now cancelling all because of how I was made to feel like I was stupid. After visiting the store, I stood outside it and cried. Do not recommend. Manager should be sacked.
