Although a year or two ago their service wasn’t up to standard, I recently went back and and they went above and beyond to help us, redeeming the bad experience I had a few years back. Hopefully it stays that way

I placed my order with them on wednesday for delivery on Thursday only to be told they had a system error and i will not recieve my delivery Thursday at 5pm after I had to contact them. I have been using this company for 2 plus years and the treatment I received today from the staff I will not be using them again. Such a shame.

Worst customer service ever. The price list is not the price you get in you invoice! Different price on the website and the one you get on the phone! Would 100% recommend you avoid. Very bad service, staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all. They either bring the food defrosted, damaged, or simply not there with the order without prior notification.

Wholesalers dedicated for the fast food industry. The business ethos is somewhat on point, a non very well for pizza supplies, you'd find everything from fizzy drinks to paper napkins at this location.The processes: first you enter through the brown doors reception" go to the glass counter pay for your products and then take your slip at the back and the guys will pick it up for you.For the past 2 years they have been open to the general public which is really good."

Awful ! They have been going downhill for quite some time.Biggest problem is a guy they call Muzafar he thinks he's a gangster, and was even bragging that they are money laundering and don't care about small time shop owners !!! I was shocked, but it made sense the way they just don't care any more.We were customers of Star for last 8 years.Congratulations you lost not only our business, but so many other people.Although you don't care now as you said , money laundering can't be done if all your customers start leaving you !!!The bigger bosses should look into the actions of their staff especially muzaffar as he has a bad customer service attitude which means those below him can only copy him.A To z and Imex are so much better value for money

Star Catering is my go-to wholesale supplier for restaurant supplies. Their products are always top-notch, and their delivery service is prompt and reliable.

This company is so deluded. Honest. MOST The staff are so dumb. Their timings are all over the place. Service is completely hit and miss. I only buy one product not and even that will stop when I find another supplier.

Been using Star Catering for many years they have been very loyal and always helpful to me and my business they have great prices and great services i highly recommend the company to business owners !

Hi on the 5th of June we ordered 10 chipping potato's 25 kg,instead we received 20kg a different type of potato that was not chipping it would go red within couple of seconds within the fryer.because of which we had to close the entire night shift and lost the entire night sale ,its disappointing ,we also ordered large round pitta instead we received tiny breads and within our couple orders almost every order come incorrectly and the people that answers the delivery call do not understand the product and we repeat 10times ,we were ordering 90% of our products from jj and it seems that we will be ordering all of our products from them,im very disappointed with the poor customer service and products that we got from star catering. Avoid at all costs! Worst customer services you will ever get. After asking me how much I need the account manager told that me that I need to hurry up. I addition, when I ask for a certain supply he said they don't have it which I said fine I will get that item elsewhere and continue to or just the following which they do have. He then rudely responsed and said do you want me to delete your order?" Save your time and money and go elsewhere."
