Rosh was so amazing. I needed an urgent updated report and Rosh went out of her way to escalate this with the team and get my request dealt with quickly, whilst keeping me updated through every step. TBH carried out a homebuyers survey for us. Really efficient service, along with kind and friendly staff. We would recommend this service to any first-time buyers out there. Our house sale had several complications along the way and Danny (the surveyor) offered helpful advice even after our report had been issued.Danny offers very competitive prices, along with clear and concise detail on the sort of survey we required. Exceptional-if I was asked for one word to describe TBH, this would be it.I have used TBH surveyors now on multiple occasions. They provide a seamless service, from Rosh who receives and manages the initial inquiry and all the questions, to the surveyors Darren and Danny, both of whom have undertaken surveys on my behalf. The efficiency and speed at which they are done is just brilliant. The pre-survey call allows you to express any concerns and the post-survey call provides the outcomes of the survey, so you are not left hanging until the report is written and sent over.Yes, they are not necessarily the cheapest surveyor out there, buy they are worth every penny. Quite frankly when investing in the biggest financial investment of ones life, you really want TBH by your side. They go above and beyond so you have all the information to hand to make a well-informed decision on the property you are purchasing.

I was sceptical to use this company originally purely because I use Google reviews to determine my choices but can honestly say I have nothing but exceptional service from Danny! What I liked about him was the fact that he replied to me so fast and gave me excellent advice throughout. This company will make sure you get what you need rather than trying to make money and sell you a more expensive service. Danny was also aware that I'm due to complete soon and this was a last minute service. He slotted my survey in even though he has other jobs on. I know I have asked him some silly questions as I have never done this before but he was very professional and also made everything super easy to understand. I literally can't rate him enough from start to finish I have been extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
