Amazing service, nothing is too much, beautiful shop, very helpful, highly recommend

Terrible experience with this shop, they have a website that according to them is a separate company but they direct you to said site on their receipt. But if you purchase is store they won’t refund and will only exchange or credit note and this is only stated on a tiny frame not next to the till or in your eye-line. We haven’t refund in 24 year they said like it was something to be proud of. The guy serving was arrogant as he said I could refund but choose not to. Won’t be using again

An added bonus is the low £20 minimum order value for free delivery.The site is easy to navigate and the checkout process is intuitive.My order was delivered in 2 business days and was very well packed - with two further lovely surprises.On the enclosed invoice was a handwritten note from owner, Andy, thanking me for the order. When do you ever see that?And there was also a little thank you gift. Amazing.Purple Sunrise sets the standards that many other companies need to provide, including quite a few big brands.By being outstanding in a busy marketplace, means they will continue to delight their existing and new customers for many years to come.

Loved it. What a great shop with so much choice. Could have walked round for hours and still found something different each walk round. Fantastic shop.

My partner loves this shop and she always drags me in to look around. Excellent quality goods and a vast array of products. Definitely worth a look and perfect to buy a gift for a special occasion.

Absolutely gorgeous shop but was left somewhat dumbfounded by the response to my question regarding whether a product was vegan or not. Seems somewhat risky to dress down the entire concept of veganism as irritating" to the actual customer who was asking about it.I'm no preacher when it comes to veganism
