Old Down Country Park
Good place for families with younger children, as there is plenty of space, playgrounds and interaction with animals. The cafe is minimalistic with only a few food options, hot/cold drinks and a few knick-knacks to buy. The Barn wasn't open either, which was a shame.

First time here with my partner, son and grandson. Lovely site to wander around, lots of animals to see and/or feed, great play areas for kids, which the grandson loved! Nice cafe, with some gluten free options. Stunning views from behind a row of trees, by the big play area. Lovely afternoon out!

Old Down Country Park
Wonderful and relaxed place. Lots of different type of animals. They’re used to being fed so are very friendly and eager to come over and grab some pellets of food. Huge play area for all ages of kids. Great for people without kids too, as there peaceful areas to sit and have a coffee and enjoy the grounds.My daughter absolutely loved the air pillow trampoline. I particularly loved the goats and donkeys as they’re so cute and friendly.Loads of sweet baby ducks and chickens to see.Gift shop was cheap too.

Old Down Country Park
I just wanted to post as I was nearly put off going by some other reviews. This is a great place for us to let the kids let of steam, the play parks are really good, the animals are great and the grounds especially the gardens are beautiful. It’s not overcrowded either so it’s perfect, only one criticism would be that the cafe’ could do with a bigger range of food but our homemade sausage roll was delicious!

Old Down Country Park is a great place to enjoy with the family. Welcoming staff in the shop on arrival, great cafe, clean toilets, lors of animals, a play area, and beautiful gardens to explore.

Lovely place to visit and take in the beautiful countryside and amazing animals.All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.Absolute highlight of my trip was the baby lambs just a few hours old

Old Down Country Park
This is a really great find. I hadn't been before but went with my family and 3 year old granddaughter. She loved the animals and there was so much stuff for her to play on we ended the day not having got round it all.Lovely cafe too and amazing, huge scones.Also a few quirky things for adults and older kids, like welly throwing and a huge draughts game.Reasonable price at £13 and after 3pm it's only £5 entrance. I'll definitely go back again

Old Down Country Park
We always have a great day when we visit Old Down. Huge adventure play area with bouncy pillow which our kids love. Animals which you can feed. Pets corner where you can often pet and hold different animals (our kids loved holding the ferret and tiny baby bunnies). Free soft play on the bus. Good range of food and drink in the cafe. Toilets well maintained.Staff always friendly. Will definitely be back

Old Down Country Park
Had a wonderful time at the Illumination Trail. The lights were absolutely lovely - but the little extras like marshmallows, feeding the donkeys and Christmas crafts made it so special for our bunch of toddlers running around. Massive thanks to the staff too who were super friendly.

Old Down Country Park
Absolutely amazing day out for the kids and adults. They have a play park for both toddlers and kids and lots of walking to do. Lots of animals including parrots, pigs, donkeys, etc. It is 100% worth the money!
