Horrible experience.. They don’t clean Dress properly at all. And the main problem is their unprofessional behaviour and rude behaviour towards customers. They should understand this is England and not Bangladesh and they should adhere to quality of service and for gods sake, please learn to speak English

I was preparing for my brother wedding and left to them couple of items for me and my fiance for cleaning anf ironing .Apart from a pair of trousers, everything was badly ironed and a dirty white shirt... I feel sorry for the person who handed them to me, he was very nice and polite , but that's the truth. I am very dissapointed.I will never use their services again.
