Absolutely amazing service (seriously) called Locksmiths Gloucester Limited (spoke to James) and he came out to me 1hr 15mins after calling him as he promised.He not only fixed a lock on our UPVC patio door but also fixed the handle which was wobbly. He had all the kit on his van and i did not even mention the handle when initially calling him.Now that is amazing service for you.Very friendly, open and honest guy will absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family.Thanks again James!RegardsNick

I had to call this company early hours of this morning as an emergency to get all my locks changed. Saxon turned up very quickly and set about his task explaining everything to me as he went along. Very knowledgeable but also very understanding of my needs. His customer skills are also second to none. I even missed a lock so called him and he came straight back to sort it for me. Highly recommend this company and Saxon.

We got stuck at 23.00 at night with our back door that was unable to lock phoned this company and.saxson came out within 20 mins and had everything fixed within 1.5 hours amazing service, we could lock our house up securely for the night and go to bed , lovely polite lad would highly recommend this company if you need locks or doors looking at could not have done any more for us

He always turns up on time, completes a job with minimum fuss, explaining what he’s doing, what any implications may be and what needs to be done.He never leaves any mess, pricing is very reasonable. Can’t thank Saxon enough, called him at 1:34am because my front door wouldn’t close so I couldn’t lock it - he was at my house at 1:47am. He solved the issue in less than 5 mins, was so kind & lovely and understood that being able to lock the door and go to bed was important. Thank you so much.
