This is a genuinely excellent company. Far better than going to a big box like B&Q or Wickes. Better quality at cheaper prices and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. When they deliver the drivers are really considerate and helpful.

The ordering online was very easy. I would have preferred to be able to pick a delivery date rather than it being automatically generated as there was nowhere I could see to amend the date.And I found the delivery charge to be a bit more than other places I checked.The delivery man rang to let me know when he would be arriving and was on time, friendly and very helpful.Overall very pleased - thank you

Quick and easy process. I ordered online, and got to pick a day for delivery. The driver called me up when he was 30 minutes away so I knew when he would be arriving. He was very polite and helpful and they dropped off the shingle where I wanted it. Also cheapest price around, will definitely be using them again.

Service from all staff was excellent. Delivery was prompt and on time.Part of my order was for three 5x 10"x 2.6m railway sleepers one was badly split I requested a replacement by phone. The following morning a new one was delivered.I was expecting it to be dropped in my front garden

Very responsive compony when you have questions either face to face or by telephone. Pricing structure is good compared to others locally. Easy to order on-line and delivery on day promised by very friendly and helpful driver. Will use again for any timber requirements and will recommend to anybody who wants timber.
