1 star for the worst service I've ever had at the post, they don't put the pumps sign out of order and he still laughed because I commented. shell is great but this place needs to reevaluate its employees

this is the second cheapest shell petrol station in peterborough and the staff are lovely. the building is nice and open and I have not had to queue for longer than 5 minutes here. they know what they are doing and sometimes have brilliant eals going on inside the shop. i do enjoy shell over other companies and these lot make it much easier to come to them than any other petrol station in peterborough

Today Sunday 19-02 time 8:10 amWomen on till being rude without any reason the tune sound she is frustrated with customers and that make me sad now all day it affecting on my brain, I really disturbs when early morning someone treat u like that sorry to say but get some training for customer service

Good place to get fuel, 2 stars for the staff member. I asked for some tabaco and he couldn't understand me, it took nearly 10 minutes of going through different options for him to get my tobacco, then the card machine was on the blink and couldn't pay, 20 minute stop for fuel and tobacco,Wouldn't bother, aim somewhere else
