We will definitely be booking our 2 guinea pigs in for a holiday again next year. Livi was superb at communicating with us. We felt very reassured that our piggies were being cared for. It is evident she loves animals. Highly recommend.

Livi is a wonderful person who obviously cares about our cats as much as we do. Her professional manner and caring nature means we will be calling her every time we go away and need our cats to be looked after. Daily photos of our babies whilst we were away gave peace of mind that meant we could thoroughly enjoy our getaway without worrying about whether our cats were being cared for.

Livi looked after my two cats when I went on holiday and did such a fantastic job I don’t think they noticed our absence at all! She visited twice a day to clean their litter trays, feed and play with them: she was extremely diligent with providing updates and pictures that it made me feel better about being away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services, especially if you feel nervous about leaving your pets.

My 2 guinea pigs had a holiday with Wirral Whiskers while I went on mine. Livi is knowledgeable and experienced as well as caring so I was confident that they were in safe hands. They are quite nervous and don't like being handled, but they settled straight in and also had a nail trim. I received regular communication and photos too. I highly recommend Wirral Whiskers and will be using them again.

We used Livi for the first time to look after our cat when we went away for the weekend. We didn’t want to use a cattery because being an indoor cat he’s not used to other cats and didn’t want the stress for him. From the start we felt confident and reassured leaving him in her hands - she took detailed notes on everything about his diet, medical history, behaviour and habits. Livi met us all before we went away and kept us updated with daily pics and information about her visit. She knows exactly what cats like including the new toys she introduced him to which he loved - including a cardboard box!!We felt so happy after our weekend away we have booked Livi again for our holiday. She is professional, clearly adores animals and we would 100% recommend her!

I used Wirral Whiskers for house visits for my cat last week. Livi was amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the service. He was well looked after when I was on holiday and I received regular updates with photos and videos. It was the first time I'd used Wirral Whiskers and it definitely won't be the last :)

Excellent service-we left our budgies with Liv whilst we went on holiday. They were well looked after, happy and content. Liv took great care to find out what their usual routine was and to mirror that whilst they were in her care. She kept us regularly updated, with photos, videos and descriptions of what they were doing and how they were settling in. Liv was also very flexible with regards to dropping off and picking up times-this was greatly appreciated as it made it much easier to catch the birds! All in all, a first class pet sitting service, cannot recommend highly enough.

I am beyond happy with Wirral Whiskers. I get very nervous when I go away as Noodle is very anxious, but Livi was brilliant.Pictures every day of my cats playing and happy and lots of updates. Very professional and caring service, I will be recommending her to friends and dont need to worry about going on holidays anymore!

Livi has been amazing with our 3 cats whilst we were away. Providing loving care to them and regular photo updates to us. They normally sulk with us when we get home but none of that this time, they clearly didn’t miss us one bit now they’ve got Livi! She provided lots of enrichment, toys, attention and treats. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now.
