I had recently purchased a Ford S Max from a dealership outside of London and only once I got the car home did I realise there was an issue with the central locking.D&B agreed to complete the repair and the dealership agreed to cover all costs under warranty.Despite poor communication from the dealership to firstly agree to cover the work and then provide payment, the staff at D&B remained professional and communicative throughout.The work was to a high standard and the customer service was exceptional.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys at D&B.

The staff are very friendly, polite, honest and helpful. The manager and assistant manager will explain everything in detail of what they will do. They also have a couple of young apprentice's who are very hardworking. I can always pop in unexpectedly if I have a problem with my car and they will try and sort it for me.

I bought a seat ibiza which wouldn't start. I called many garages locally and they wouldn't either touch the car or told me to change the engine. The guys at d & b worked miracles. They kept me informed at each stage of the process. Explained to me the process of what they're going to do and told me what parts to buy. Within a week the car was back on the road. They are a hidden gem of a garage with no hidden costs, what they quote is what you pay and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done to their car.
