Malvern Tyres Faringdon

Took my car to the garage early afternoon to get some work done and they said to come back in a couple of hours which I did, I returned and the car hadn't moved an inch from where I had parked it. They started work on it for me which I was happy about but then came out to say that apparently a piece of equipment had broken half an hour before they had closed but was clear they was just being lazy and didn't wanna do the work so had to leave the car overnight. I had to contact them myself numerous amounts of times to see what was going on. They said that the car was ready so I went to collect it and pay for the work and the team was rude towards me and I had noticed they had graffitied rude words over the back of my car which I found very rude and childish. Wouldn't recommend going there it was a last resort for me as needed the work done ASAP. They are very rude and not trustworthy at all.

The level of customer service that I have received from Carvey ,Jack and Wayne for Malvern’s tyres Farringdon goes above and beyond any garage that I have previously used.As a woman with mobility issues my car is my legs and an integral part of my world. I knew I was having issues with one of my cars but these guys dealt with my with each problem with ease even making me a hot drink while I waited. They not only changed my tyre’s but address issues with my wheel alignment with efficiency and ease.There honestly in stating I had a little more tread left if I wished to wait was referring especially in the motoring industry and I have since taken my husband b.m.w to them and happily recommend them to others.If only this high level of customer service was made standard through out the motoring industry life would be so much easier for now thank you boys you did an amazing job.

Went in for a tyre repair - got me in straight away. They found a crack in my alloy so referred me to somebody that could weld it for me. They could have charged me for the 20 minutes they spent finding the problem, but they said it wasn't a puncture so didnt charge a penny. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend!

Had a puncture this morning. Malvern tyres repaired it immediately whilst I waited. Very efficient service and nice blokes as well. I used to get my tyres fitted at their Highworth branch, but will now be using the Faringdon branch.

Jack and Wayne are fabulous! They are friendly, caring and genuinely nice. The customer service is exceptional and now I found them I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend! Thank you for your help every single time :)

Wendy took the car to get a puncture repaired. No one checked the tyre they simply replaced it. It was only 6 months old and had no visible damage. £200 for a puncture. Never again!

Not happy with the service. Ordered tyres on Friday, they were meant to be on Tuesday next week. I also booked full tracking alignment checking. I should have a call from them on Tuesday, but I after had a phone call, I call and they said the tyres going to be on Thursday. Looks like they didn't order the tyres on Friday at all. When I arrived on Thursday, the tyres still weren't there. I couldn't wait any more and had no time to go some else, so I decided to fit different tyres. I also asked the guy to do the full tracking alignment and give me a printout so we can decide whether to don't or not.When he replaced the tires I asked him for a printout, he said he don't know how to print that and that he adjusted it already and it was 4 degrees out(the car wouldn't be drivable in 4 degrees out!!!, the tyres were just worn out unequal) There was a lie!!. I know that he should have a print after the first check and print another one after adjustment, but he got nothing and the third get money from me for adjustment service. I just paid for the different tyres I wanted and still don't know my tracking alignment. Not happy with somebody trying to rip me off!!!
