Thank you to Floral Creations for the most stunning flowers.I went in with a vision of how I wanted my Mums funeral flowers to look,and how I wanted them to flow over the coffin lid. I wanted it oversized and just beautiful with soft pinks and purples.Nothing was to much trouble and my vision did not phase them at all.On the day it just looked amazing it went above and beyond my expectations,and it was just beautiful.I can not thank Floral creations enough, when I saw them I just broke down and cried.Thank you again for helping me make an extremely hard day very special.

Ordered some flowers to say ' Thankyou' to a friend for just being there during the pandemic. I was a bit concerned that the flowers hadn't been delivered by late afternoon and rang to confirm the order. Very reassuring on the phone and sure enough my gift was received a little later on . My friend was over the moon with them , they were worth the wait ! Pleased to say the delivery was covid safe too ! Will definitely recommend. Thanks .

This is an excellent florists. They made a great job of a table centre piece that I ordered for my wife's 60th birthday it looked stunning. I thought the flowers were very reasonably priced so no more garage flowers for me. Please support this lovely local business.

Needed a small flower arrangement for a funeral and used this lovely little shop as it was the most local.Beautiful arrangement, exceeded what I expected and I would highly recommend this florist. The service I received and flowers were exceptional.Will definitely use again

Dear Ash,With reference to the previous review left by my sister, Karen Hulland, I did return the WHOLE bouquet to show the florist that the peonies were dead before they’d even opened. The lady remembered serving my sister only 3 days prior and, as stated before, she only replaced the peonies, which subsequently died, AGAIN, without ever opening!If the florist replaced the whole bouquet, offered a refund or even apologised, there wouldn’t have been an issue!Unfortunately, I live 200 miles away, otherwise I would come in to the store and speak to you personally again.

DO NOT USE - Shocking do not use, had them to do my wedding flowers for the whole day including all table centre places. To be called the afternoon before my wedding to be told that they can't get the flowrs which I ordered. No apology, just to be asked can we use a cheap flower instead.I had one little flower girl wand by the time it was our ceremony it was dead. To which thankfully our wedding coordinator came to the rescue with rose petals.I went into the shop after the call to be advised that the flowers hydrangea they didn't send enough, and well I could drive round to see if I could get some from anywhere and take them to them. Totally disgruntled and shocking customer service- WELL THERE ISN'T ANY - Do not use this company at all. Unless you want the wrong flowers and them to die by the time you get married.

Did exactly what was required and ready on time. Everything you can hope for, a lovely wreath in a perfect colour scheme.
