We recently bought our new vehicle from Ross at Scotwest Vehicles, we had been looking for a new car for a long time and after months of looking and searching various dealers we decided to go for one from Scotwest. Ross's price was so much better than various other places, the whole sale was very straight forward and Ross couldn't of been more accommodating, he is a very professional and friendly business owner. We would highly recommend Scotwest and will probably definitely return in the future.

Recently bought a used car from Ross. Every part of the process was professional and friendly. Once purchase was completed Ross delivered the car at an agreed time.A couple of weeks later a minor fault (which could not have been envisaged) was evident. Ross dealt with this in a great way and repair was carried out that day. I’ll have no hesitation in dealing with him again

I recently purchased a 13 plate Mitsubushi Outlander from Ross at Scotwest Vehicles . I only have the car 2 days and so far so good. Ross conducted our Biz in a professional and courteous manner. He also had described the car perfectly . He made the whole transaction as easy as possible and works the way I like to conduct my affairs. A seamless sale from start to finish, looking at a x5 for my wife and I and found the perfect example at scotwest, Ross was very helpful and honest on his walk round over the phone and we were satisfied to place the holding deposit to reserve the car. 3 days later our car was ready to collect, it was in amazing order for its age and I was pretty blown away about how good of order it was in and it drove just as ross quoted “perfect” ross got the x5 serviced and motd prior to us collecting with everything in order we went ahead and completed the deal. After around a month of owning it the tyre pressure light came on intermittently, now we were out of warranty and I thought I would call for advice but what ross did out of courteous was above and beyond. We are local to the garage but with shift patterns etc we found it difficult to get the jeep back for Ross to have a look at it for us, even though he didn’t have to! so he arranged to collect it from us And get it checked out. Later that evening he delivered the jeep back to us and had replaced a tyre pressure sensor, free of charge ! Even though we were out of our warranty the commitment and gratitude that this garage wasn’t just interested in our money he valued our business! . I can only speak very very highly of ross and what he is doing at scotwest ! Well done and thank you again, we will 100% be back when we are ready to change ! Mr and Mrs Wilson.

I would absolutely recommend Scotwest Vehicles!Based just outside Kilmarnock in a small village called Moscow, they were selling a Volvo V50 which had all of the equipment and specification level that I required. My wife was heavily pregnant when we viewed the car and having compared the market for other similar Volvos, Scotwest Vehicle's price, warranty and customer service was clearly miles ahead of the competition (and I did approach quite a few).Ross at Scotwest is a very knowledgeable gentleman and absolutely goes above and beyond to provide a five star customer service. Even after a few weeks of owning the Volvo, a fault developed within the air-conditioning system and one phone call later, Scotwest Vehicles had collected the Volvo, left me with a very clean courtesy car and kept me updated with the progress of the Volvo which turned out to be a common failure with the Volvo condenser. One brand new replacement unit later and the Volvo was delivered back to my front door with ice cold air-conditioning.Even when the Volvo was returned to me, Scotwest Vehicles left a gift and a new born baby card in the passenger seat as they had remembered that my wife was heavily pregnant. Very thoughtful and makes you feel like you're not just a faceless number, but a valued and cherished customer.So for all their great selection of high quality cars, excellent service, personal touches and an amazingly high spec'd Volvo V50 R-Design at a price that couldn't be beaten, including warranty and an amazing finance package, I would hand on heart, fully recommend Scotwest Vehicles.I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from Ross and his team. Just picked up the second car I have bought for the family from Ross at Scotwest. Such a pleasure to deal with, really good, old-fashioned service. The car is great, exactly as described, and Ross is such a decent chap to buy from. Honest, reliable and does exactly what he says he will. A rare find these days. Ross and team could not have made buying my ST225 a smoother experience, any concerns I had about this 13yo motor were addressed (inc all MOT advisories). Given the age of the car and it being a ford, I was expecting the bodywork to be in a corroded state but all the usual areas had already been taken care of (intention is to fully restore anyway) and given the low mileage I was more than content with the asking price. Now with new timing belt, water pump etc it's time to enjoy the car. I would recommend Scotwest Vehicles to anyone and wish them all the best for the future.Fast forward 4years and the motor is still going strong, a few performance enhancements but still happy with purchase. Will be looking for a second low mileage one next year so will be watching your stock.

I initially gave a 1 star bad review for Scotwest Vehicles but can't praise enough. I had sent a contact form on the website and got no reply but Ross knew nothing of this and when he saw my review he got straight in touch with me (even though he was out of the country on holiday). My son's car is now fixed and all documentation is in order. Ross is a top man and would advise to shop local and get yourself a decent motor and the after sales that you will find hard to get anywhere - I challenge you!Highly recommend!
