Gordon and the team were so helpful during the process of buying our new bike. We are not local so made a special trip; it's clear that this is a proper bike shop. High recommend! I'm a pretty new cyclist and had lots of questions that would be very basic to anyone with more experience. I felt able to ask anything I needed to know without feeling silly, and the person who was helping me really took the time to make sure I got the right bike for me. They do repairs too, and I will definitely be using them when needed, as it's clear that have real expertise and are very fair and transparent on pricing. A really lovely and refreshing experience, and I'm delighted with my purchase. Thank you!

Bought a second hand electric bike. After cycling it very hard and losing some bits the team helped me piece it back together for a successful cycling holiday at short notice. Very professional, helpful and trustworthy. Would use them again

I bought a folding e-bike from G-Whizz Cycles a few months ago, and from the beginning the service has been excellent. The staff built me a new bike from a kit they had, when the demo one I tried had a faulty battery or connection somewhere while test-riding it in the rain. I have subsequently liaised with the shop twice since, once to bring my bike in for its one-month service, and another to fix a puncture, and both times the experience has been very positive. The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable, both for the bikes themselves, and the parts.

They are reliable, prompt and very reasonable.When I had a bike stolen they went above and beyond to help me get it back, providing me with paperwork so I could prove to the police I owned the bike - exceptional customer service.Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend! I just had my bike fully serviced and I could not be more happy with the result. You guys have a very good eye for detail! Not only did they fix my bike but also explained everything to me and made suggestions for further work that could be done to improve my bike. All in all you guys did a great job and for a very fair price!

Always take my bikes for maintenance/repairs. Gordon and Glen are very experienced and take time to explain any repairs and future recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble.G Whizz is an Aladdin’s cave of new and refurbished bikes with prices in all ranges and great variety of makes and designs. Hard to not get tempted but when I decide to upgrade, I know they will provide great advice on a bike best suited for my needs. Highly recommend a visit.
