I can't believe how they manage this surgery they change the appointment without notice this is three times really the worst service I received in long time nobody in the reception knows what happens.

Listed on the nhs website as a seller of healthy start vitamins, husband travelled specifically to get these just to be told they dont sell them, so either they've not updated their details or the receptionists are incompetent

I’ve been struggling to get hold of an appointment for the past few months eventually got hold of one.when I went in, Another Receptionist turned me away and said “ No note has been made for this appointment.

All of my family is under the care of Avenham Health Centre for thirteen years counting, and throughout this period nor I or my family have been let down in any way. All staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Many thanks for the staff and their wonderful work!
