How long do you have to wait for a new car? For Audi TWO years! So we cancelled that! For LEXUS, it's less than six months. We had already made our minds up that our next car would be fully electric. We entered the showroom one afternoon in March 2023, and immediately spotted a white UX EV which with its stylish lines, looked just the ticket. After getting further information from the Lexus Ipswich's friendly and knowledgeable Sales Executive Grace Corrall, and her excellent colleagues, we made the all important decision to purchase, our first Lexus. Grace kept in touch, whilst we awaited delivery, and has been extremely helpful in assisting us to get to grips with our wonderful new Lexus UX 300e EV car.

Great service, love Lexus. Saw car on line wasn’t sure if I could afford it so went to the Ipswich dealer. Met Grace who showed me around the car. She went through all the options there was to buy the car and came up with an amazing deal. I am now the very proud owner of a Lexus NX 300h. So easy, no hassle. From purchasing my first Lexus NX here to delivery of my new NX last Wednesday the Sales and showroom staff have been fantastic! I had to wait a long time for the new one but received updates on the expected delivery date. Once the car left Japan Tony provided the name of the ship so that I could track its progress until it arrived in the UK! The wait was well worth it as my new NX is a completely different driving experience to the old one! I am enjoying every minute behind the wheel and looking forward to many more miles of pleasure. I know that I have the back up of the Lexus Ipswich Team should I experience any difficulties and Tony is only a call or email away with a solution!

This my first ever Lexus and so far, I am very impressed. Grace and the team went above and beyond to ensure my experience went smoothly. I was a little apprehensive moving to a new brand and a hybrid but she answered my many questions with understanding and patience and kept me informed of developments every step of the way. I suppose it is possible that things could have been done better but I just don't know how. I've had a really great experience with Tony who, rather unusually in my years of experience, is a Senior Sales Executive who knows his job. He has personality, patience and knowledge of his product. From start to finish it has been a real pleasure and I would certainly recommend Tony and Lexus Ipswich to anyone.
