Very happy with the service provided by Hudi at first defence pest control. We found a wasp nest up in our roof and wanted it removed, after calling around a few places & getting some quotes, we settled on first defence pest control as they provided a very competitive quote & were available the following day. The whole process was quick & straightforward & the wasps were gone within 24 hours. Would use again without hesitation if we had a pest problem.

Experienced carpet bugs for the first time, keen to get rid of them quickly, I contacted First Defence Pest Control. Service was fantastic, prompt responses to my request, great customer service, each step of the process was explained very clearly. Inbetween the two treatments First Defence kept incontact too see how things were going which was really reassuring for us as family. Someone cared as much as us! Very well priced, their service and complete care was undoubtly outstanding. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have since used their services and have also been pleased. Really disappointed that given the rat infestation I have in the property, they have failed to acknowledge any of my calls and messages. This is an incredibly huge health and safety risk I am placed in with a dog as well as fear. I would have thought this type of rodent in a residential home with a single female was enough to warrant an immediate response and visitPlease note everyone, this company failed to retrieve a glue trap they placed in my kitchen and still haven’t retrieved it for over 2 weeks now no matter how many times I’ve tried to organise a revisit. There was a small baby rat that was caught that the company have allowed to inhumanely die a very slow death. I believe this is against the law

I called the First Defence Pest Control team after finding a window sill wasps nest. Hudi booked in one of his team really quickly and Steve attended to help us out. Really good service and well priced. Would recommend.

Having had an emergency late on Sunday afternoon I was concerned I would not find anyone available to help catch a mouse we had seen.Not only were First Defence quick to arrive and efficient. I was really impressed in how quickly they were able to reassure my inconsolable wife.Their work was done fast and efficiently and every step of what they did was explained and their reassurance was great. Their fees were really affordable and competitive ( even on the weekend ) and we have not had mice since. They however have been back twice since just to make sure everything is ok.Overall a fantastic job and I highly recommend this company.

Hudi at first defence was amazing when we had a sudden outbreak of rats in our attic and garden - he was a lovely guy to deal with, very efficient and effective and continued to monitor after it seemed they were gone just in case - all in all great service. Would highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation!
