A great cafe with good food and portion sizes.I recently went into the cafe after falling in the street The young man at the counter, very kindly gave me two bags of ice for my injuries. I then had the opportunity as I recovered to observe Ed,s wonderful people skills he knew peoples names there requirements, pet treats for dogs etc. The atmosphere was a very happy relaxed experience with some lovely cards art work etc on sale too. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves and will be making it a regular visit when in the area again.

How on earth I missed this little treasure, I do not know!Wholesome, beautifully prepared food. Good sized portions, economically priced. All the usual suspects including a decent sized fry-up.Large pavement-side terrace- great for people watching (weather permitting).Nice calm and arty atmosphere with some wall art, jewellery and bit and pieces for sale.Huge, invitingly tidy bookshelves and comfy leather sofas beckon you to snuggle down for a read in a quiet corner.A refreshingly peaceful atmosphere in an ever increasingly noisy world.

Popped in for coffee with friends and it was surprisingly busy considering it's location.Coffees were nice. Not much else to say apart from there are some very expensive pieces of art for sale on the walls.

Great little local cafe. Food is good I had the Sunshine salad and it was really tasty and fresh. We spent ages there and didn't feel rushed at all.

I luckily found this place after Covid lockdowns and it’s a lovely calm cafe. On the whole they are very efficient and listen and don’t put ice on my fresh orange juice. Because they don’t filter the water and remove the fluoride, chlorine or any of the other hidden nasties that southern water adds. I choose their freshly squeezed orange juice all year round. There meals are very tasty because I don’t understand why they don’t say. But they use local nonpestided organic food. The alternative milks aren’t they buy Alpro and not local milk but Millers. But the salads are so tasty and the people serving us are so accommodating and I can remove ingredients that I know aren’t great for digestion and causes inflammation to healthier options like half an avocado you have to pay an extra £1, it’s so good for you. There was a lovely lass that has gone to uni. But she was sometimes not listening to the change and automatically put ice in our glasses. But too cold ice shocks our gut. So I now don’t put it anything in.I really recommend the place and the food does taste organic. I can taste chemicals and get upset stomach/gut issues with pesticides. I will add more photos in the future. They’re a lovely bunch of people.

A truly unique and special place. Great food, nice choices of tea. If you are very lucky you will be served by the beautiful Turkish waitress...who I mistook for Spanish...but she forgave me my mistake.Definitely worth a visit.

Always loved the cafe but went yesterday and had a mushroom and onion omelette. It was cooked like a pancake with chunks of mushrooms and a few bits of onions stuffed inside the folded 'pancake' and all was swimming with oil..New chef?
