As long as you don’t mind your belongings being damaged and not being fully insured, feel free to use Whites. Otherwise I would suggest using a company that will replace what they break as their inability to work with their insurance company is quite astounding.

Absolutely disgusting removal company, absolutely trashed a washing machine & basically couldn't care, I thought professional company's have insurance obviously not, a bit manners & help to rectify a problem go's a long way,would not recommend this company

Exceptional service start to finish. The removal crew were respectful, professional and very neat. On a number of occasions over the 3 day pack up and removal, we forgot they were in the house - considering we were working from home the whole time it should give an idea of how unobtrusive they were. Lovely guys and the whole process was simple- we’ve moved 10+ times across the whole country and this move, by far, was the easiest imaginable. Highly recommend

Really pleased with the service. White & Co helped with a move from London to Edinburgh. Craig and Dawn in the London office were very helpful and responded quickly to all queries. Movers on the pack up day were fast but careful. Guys who unloaded were fabulous - Billy and Pete. Friendly, polite and thorough. Nothing damaged en route and unloaded in under 2 hours. Really happy with the service all round

First Class service moving our household goods and the process, from first enquiry to completion, was exemplary. The team, Keir, Graham and Travis had to deal with a lot of challenges, including torrential rain, and their performance was equally impressive.I would highly recommend this company for your house removals!

They've just pulled up, nearly running into my house a couple times, and now blocking the entire road, facing the WRONG way on our one-way street and completely blocking the BT Open Reach access. Don't know who they are moving but there is a place where they could put the van right in front of them, but they must be too lazy to take a few extra steps.I'm not planning on moving, but I would never use them now that I see how unprofessional they are.

Terribly unprofessional communication. After having a Zoom call to get a quote, we were supposed to hear back from them under 24 hours. Two days later we still hadn't heard back so we called them ourselves for an update and were told that in the end they weren't able to do the move for us. Why were we not contacted to be told so, that's the bare minimum of politeness?

Just paid £2.50 to Royal Mail for a ‘parcel’ with insufficient postage- turned out to be an unfranked sales leaflet from this company. Guess who we won’t be using when we move.
