Mint service at the desk !Really nice to meet Alex who helped me seriously to spot the right model of the parts I needed.Some other places turned me out as they could not use the registration as ID (foreign car in this case) .Prices are really correct too, but Alex's job made the 5* on his own !

Don't use here if you can avoid it bunch of useless jobsworths. About as helpful as Gary Glitter in a primary school.Ordered a part using the website that matches parts to cars. Get the part thru click and collect. Turns out its the wrong part I go to return it with my click and collect email but thats not good enough! they are expecting me to drive another 20 mile round trip to get an invoice for refund on a part worth 8 quid that I bought with cash. When they supplied the wrong part!Is this how you treat customers that have previously spent thousands with you?Or should I say Ex-customer. Jeez. Absolutely hopeless.

Experienced my worst close pass since I’ve lived in Manchester, by a Euro Car Parts driver this morning. I was cycling in primary position with a wide lane and the entire rest of the road free for him to pass me, and he passed within about 6 inches. I was physically shaking when I caught up with him (of course) at the traffic lights about 10 seconds later. Absolutely terrifying and the driver is fortunate my camera is broken otherwise he would definitely be receiving points, a fine and potentially a driving ban. I hope the company will follow this up and take it seriously.

I been there to buy my car brake discs. The guy at the reception desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He treated me with so much disrespect and disgraceful manner based on my skin colour. He was laughing and having gigs with other guys who are born and bred here in England. This is something unacceptable especially in a big company’s like Euro car parts . I wish I could give zero star . I am never coming here again . If this guy continues his rude behaviour very soon eurocarparts will loose their loyal customers.

Great place to get bits for your car. Cheaper if you click and collect though.Staff have always been helpful. Only niggle is there is usually a 5-10 min wait as only 1 till on most of the time.

Alex was the main guy and sorted me out some brembo brakes obviously not the cheapest but on the day they didn't have pagens and I couldn't wait for brake as I was on track day the next day and the boy sorted me out thank to.euro and thanks to Alex who provided me with some brakes as a track guy I need brakes ASAP and Alex is the man much Apriciated and will be using Alex in the future if he leaves or is sacked I will use another store or a different brake provider he help me in my time of need and managed to set my best lap time due to ishiheulness

Opened the boxes when I got home only to find one so called sealed bag had been opened and the other part wasn’t even in a sealed bag. Also a part missing so basically I bought returned opened items. Not very professional.
