Sean and his team are very professional and prepared to go the extra mile to help wherever they can.I need to give a particular mention to Helen who was our liaison with our buyers. There were some tricky times during a protracted process and she was brilliant. Her communication and knowledge are first rate. All the staff we dealt with were excellent.

Throughout an often difficult tenancy that was privately managed, under no obligation to do so, Callaghans we’re unfailingly supportive in mediating the various disputes and issues we had over the period of our tenancy. The letting agent comes highly recommended for their after care, and consideration for their tenants, or even those who originally let with the agent: despite no legal requirement to do so - which is certainly worth repeating. The patience shown by the owner, and his administrators (especially Evelyn) was incredibly welcome, and when it seemed like there was nothing more we could do than leave, solid as a rock they were there to guide us. If you are thinking of going with them for your next housing endeavour, I urge you to do so.

Sean and the team have helped my wife and I to sell and buy a house. They are extremely professional and definitely recommend getting in touch with Sean. He has expert knowledge of the local areas, which comes in very handy for anyone looking in the area for the first time or just in need of some advice.

We sold our house through Callaghan's recently. They were such a pleasure to deal with. A couple of other estate agents we looked at weren't as professional or helpful and tried to get us to sell the house lower than Callaghan's valued it at, saying it wasn't worth as much.Sean was brilliant from the beginning, very thorough and professional, explaining everything in great detail. The owner Mr Sean Callaghan is a thoroughly professional estate agent and is always helpful. We bought our house in South Manchester from his agency in 2004 and now we are selling the property through him as we are downsizing after retirement. He is a good listener and flexible in his attitude. He helped us over the last 18 years with his knowledge and expertise with work people for any improvement or maintenance of our home and we're grateful for the help.
