Staff aren't very helpful they just stand around near the front left talking to each other like they're minted because they work there. I enjoy shopping at their branch in west Brom because staff are polite. If they were polite I would be happy to spend my money there.

Worse place to go staff stand around doing nothing just chatting in a group as I walked in to the counter standing and waiting for someone to come and serve me.I purchased an item online also had a gift card that wouldn't go through online. So I collected my item the day before and was served by a young lad and I asked if I could refund my item and use my gift card, and pay the remaining balance. He said that's fine.So when I took the product home it didn't fit my partner so I had to bring it back in-store. I was refused to have a refund of the remaining balance onto my bank card from the manager who was rude mannered with an attitude. At this point I was disgusted with the lack of information they were supposed to give you. Apparently you can't get a refund if it's a sale item in-store. But the item I got was on-line and the young lad that served me before should have made me aware that I can not refund it back if I repurchase my item in-store. As I am beating the objective of using my gift card. So I had all the amount which was a large amount all on a gift card! I was so dissatisfied with the service. As nothing was made clear it is there job to make things clear as my original purchase was online and I had trouble with that.It's either lack of knowledge or pure careless staff that can't do there job fully

Good store and other staff were very helpful but an extremely rude woman who is apparently somehow the Manager. Will be purchasing online going forward.

Good variety of designer clothing from Armarni to versace.Friendly staff, expensive so be prepared to part with your hard earned.

there’s a young hijabi girl and guy who stand near the entrance and i’m guessing their job is greet customers - or to at least smile at them but i was instead ignored and greeted by awkward laughing between the two of them whilst i shopped - which was then followed by weird stares from the pair who just watched me shop and then giggled between themselves. if you’re gonna do everything but your job, do it quietly instead of obnoxiously. i don’t know what a designer store is doing employing kids anyways and i guess i got the treatment i expected.

Staff at the merry hill store in my opinion, let it down. I've personal had staff ignore me on two occasions, I find them rude and customer service extremely poor, especially so considering the stock and the value of the items on offer. More you spend the better the service generally is.. not here it seems.A staff member tutted when I requested assistance, asked her to help me order an item they didn't have in store. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. Bit poor.The shop overall has some nice items just not enough stock.Prefer Flannels, staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Better in store selection.I do shop with Tessuti still. Primarily online not in store. Online app excellent to use. Lots of offers, very good presence.

I visited tessuti today with my partner and to say the staff were very rude is a under statement, better customer service is needed. Not once did any of the three members of staff come over to greet or ask if we would like assistant with anything. Instead they stood chatting for 10 minutes while in the presence of customers. Very unprofessional

Staff look down on you whilst shopping, hounded when trying something on in the changing rooms as if I was going to run off, cash payment checked multiple times. Believe me if I could forge money I definitely wouldn’t be shopping in Tessuti. The staff should welcome customers like they do at Flannels, not look down on them, after all it’s the customers money that pay the wages

Lovely shop, really clean. Staff are really down to earth and sound. The clothes and trainers are good quality named brands. Thank you for the perfect shopping experience!

Brands are honestly so expensive these days but this one is actually good.
