Very relaxing spa morning available with foot spas, an infrared sauna, choice of treatment followed by a relaxation room with massage tables.Showers/changing rooms, and robes and slippers provided.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend. La Vida did not disappoint! Relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness on spot. High-quality products. Staff are friendly, provide helpful advice and great service. I had a 60-min facial treatment with Alicia which left me very refreshed and my skin was very vibrant after that. Will definitely be visiting again.

Review for the infrared sauna........I have problems with knee as I have arthritis and have previously had to have steroid injection to ease the severe pain arthritis can cause. I work long hours, are on my feet all day and bend down onto a concrete tiled floor when glazing food products in an oven. My wife had previously persuaded me to go on a spa day with her at La Vida (not my sort of thing but I went to make her happy) and one of the treatment was the infrared sauna. After this session I noticed a slight improvement with my discomfort and mobility, so when my knee recently began to feel the need for the last steroid injection I can have I thought I would try the sauna again.I booked a block of sessions (2 per week) over a few weeks and I’m quite shocked at the improvements that I have noticed.......After the first session - I was able to run up the stairs at home which previously I was unable to do without a lot of discomfort and the strength just didn’t feel there in the surrounding muscles.After the second session - I could sit with my knee in a seated position which I couldn’t do previously without severe pulling down the back of my leg into the back of my knee.After the third session - it felt like my old knee again. I could kneel down onto my knee, walk up the stairs without the clicking sound as I pushed up the step, strength felt regained and there was no more pulling in the surrounding muscles. This improvement maintained with each following infrared sauna session.I am now using this as part of my care for my knee to help postpone the need for another steroid injection or worst - knee replacement.These sessions have been more than beneficial to me, as it is helping to postpone the need for the final steroid injection I can have before it would then be a full knee replacement. It is aiding my muscles to feel more relaxed and stronger. My knee very rarely clicks after these sessions and my general knee health feels vastly improved. I would much rather have a relaxing sauna with music playing to a needle placed back into my knee to be out of pain. Would seriously recommend as I was skeptical about how LED lights and heat could stop the injection, but now I am someone who is converted to the healing power this sauna holds.

Can't believe it's taken me so long to go in this salon. A fabulous range of skincare systems available and such friendly, knowledgeable staff. And I got my nails done ✔️

My husband and I had such a lovely relaxing time at La Vida Spa, we felt looked after as soon as we arrived to the moment we left. My pregnancy massage by Emma was brilliant and worth every penny! The whole atmosphere was calming and a wonderful escape from every day life. Thank you so much to all the staff who cared for us today, I will be back for more soon!

Emma was absolutely amazing and extremely polite and professional. I came for a sports massage after having lower back and shoulder issues and by the time I left, I felt absolutely great. She pin pointed the issues easily and worked absolute magic. I'd highly recommend her and her team.

Went for what it advertised as, a relaxing caci facial.Wanted to tell the girl to shut the f.....up...Drilling on and on about her horse.. no sensitivity, no emotional awareness nothing..Will not go back there again to chill

I’ve been going to La Vida spa for a couple of years now and I’m never disappointed. Emma tailors my massage, each time, to work specific problem areas and I always walk away feeling better.Lovely relaxing atmosphere with very knowledgeable, attentive staff. Would 100% recommend.
