Last night I had a wonderful facial with Mabel, it was so relaxing and my skin feels great! I have also had eyebrow threading done by Maya she's excellent too. Would recommend ... booking online through Treatwell is really convenient.

Friendly professional service, had a gel mani, loads of colors to choose from. Amazing job shaping and painting. Cash only for nails and booked through treatwell so wasn’t aware of this but there’s a cash point outside sainsburys. I’d go back if in the area. There’s a lot nearby as well - Starbucks if you want to grab a coffee before.

If I ask for a walk in, don't tell me you can do it in 2 mins and leave me sat for 20 while 3 other people go ahead of me. Honesty would have ended much better for you because now I will find another salon to use in future.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but i feel like I just had to - my brows have been threaded so thin and without my permission. I asked for them to be tidied up - they already had a good shape and Aisha has threaded them to be about half the width and has left nothing on the ends.

For very first time i went to beauty lounge on saturday .i had an amazing experience with the girl named HIRA.she was welcoming and very professional. and i love my brows now .this is my permanent place for eyebrows. highly recomended :)

Previously had good threading experience. However today after my threading one eyebrow looks so thin and other one looks okay. I was almost in tears as I have a function to attend tomorrow. Will not be returning after this bad experience!

I’ve often used the beauty lounge the girls are always friendly and helpful. It’s scores a ten out of ten for cleanliness. the nail technicians are very professional they always chat and give advise. They try hard to accommodate your appointments if you have a tight schedule.

I've had my nails done here a few times plus a pedicure and today lash lift. The ladies are so friendly and have done the best job ever, every time. Had my lashes done today by a lovely lady and I'm so impressed by them. She paid attention to detail and has done a fab job. It's my go to place for anything beauty now.

Quite disappointed when I visited under recommendation. Staff weren’t friendly and left me sat waiting for my pedicure. They clearly had too many people and were going between clients. Even though I’m happy with my nails it was overpriced and I won’t be returning.
