I ordered a hot tub to make my lockdown birthday more exciting. The service we received was AMAZING. Booking was easy, they came and set it all up and took it all away. They were really professional. I would definitely recommend this company! I hope to use them again soon.

A friend hired the Lay-Z-Spa Paris as a surprise birthday present for me. It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing! Excellent, friendly service with full set up and demonstration of how everything works. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be hiring one again!

Hired a hot tub for my 25th Birthday, and when they found out this was on the Friday, they offered to bring the hot tub a day early with no extra charge! I was also given a bottle of prosecco which was such a lovely gesture. With the hiring, I literally didnt have to do a thing: it was cleaned, put up and filled by Elmo with no help needed, and this was the case when it was picked up too. We were given a box with instructions and FAQ's which was really helpful. Looking forward to the next time I can hire!

We booked a hot tub for the mothers day weekend and were very pleased with everything. We were provided with a real personal touch as it was a surprise for my wife. The tub was delivered early to allow time to heat up and was collected with no hassle or stress whatsoever. The couple Mel and Elmo are lovely and were very attentive to messages and reassurance throughout the process. Pricing was good and a free bubbly gift was given upon delivery for the ladies to enjoy. Will defo recommend.

What a genuinely lovely company run by the utmost professionals. They are the friendliest and most accommodating company. Nothing is too much trouble and they always want to ensure you are completely happy. I cannot recommend them enough.
