I paid for a necklace to be repaired. When it was finally ready to be collected i was told i hadn't paid and wasn't able to collect my property. I am a student and it was a lot of money to me. The assistant phoned his colleague and there was no record of the payment. The staff member came over rude and annoyed at me.

Very nice gent. Quick service at a very good price. Also a 1 year guarantee card which is better than most places where you wouldn't get one! They actually had the tool for my watch whilst other watch shops did not
