Joseph was very knowledgeable about hybrid cars and explaned me why my toyota auris 2013 battery needs replacement.Honest, reliable and does what he promises on time.My repaire was under warranty . He managed to send documents on time which made the process fast and smooth.I definitely recomed him and will come back for my cars service or any problems in future.

I am so glad I found Jose at Hybrid Vehicle Repair. It is such a relief knowing that I have this kind, helpful man to call on whenever I need help with my gen 2 Prius.It is clear that he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Toyota (and I’m sure other) hybrid cars and how to fix them at the most reasonable cost possible whilst at the same time providing the highest quality of service that is far and away the best that I have experienced in my 40-odd years of car ownership. He is polite and welcoming and will always go the extra mile for you. His garage premises is a model of how such a place should be run, it is ordered, clean (yes, clean!) and tidy and he obviously takes great pride in his work. I went to the vehicle repair shop and to my amazement the gentle man was able to diagnose and replace the battery in 10 mins . It was a fantastic service I received . Always will use this company . Do not hesitate at all . Very trustworthy and honest .

Jose is very experienced, honest and knowledgeable. I went to alot of mechanics for my hybrid vehicle but than someone recommended Jose. I must say that he is a magician because, he fixed my car first time and very quickly. One stop shop for all hybrid related issues. Excellent work Jose and thanks.

Kept vehicle for over a month without properly diagnosing the issue, kept saying it's going to cost thousands. Took car to another mechanic and fixed within 2 days at much lower costs than advised by this garage.

He is brilliant .can't fault him. My Toyota, water pump is gone .I left the car in Toyota dealer for 5 days still they didn't check my car to see what's wrong with it .then I find this carriage. 2 minutes he told me what's wrong with the car. he sorted out same day . Also his excellent on servicing the car. Highly recommended.Another day another 5-star to hybrid mechanic( Joseph). he just put exhaust protection on my Toyota Prius Plus to protect it from stolen. I love his knowledge .well done.

I’ve been to this place yesterday for a repair as some of my friends recommended as the best in the Leicester. If honestly saying, my friends were right as this is the only garage I’ve ever been in Leicester which I felt trustworthy comfortable with my repair works. Mr. Josaph, is a wonderful person and a well experienced mechanic whom I ever met in Leicester without an attitude which normally we would find in most of the mechanics. I’m not surprised to know even the drivers are coming from London for his services as the quality of service is great and his charges are very fair which won’t damage anyone’s pocket unlike most of the other places. I wish that I would have met him a very long ago. Thank you :)
