Great place to send unwanted clothes that would only end up as landfill!

Couldnt give 0 stars, otherwise I would have. The most miserable experience I've had in years! They're very choosy as to what they accept too, she just stood there shaking her head because a few t shirts had slight deodorant marks, albeit they had been washed. I asked what happens to the clothes, and she mumbled charity". Which I don't think is actually true. Having investigated it

Went yesterday Thursday. Staff extremely rude and made me and another customer feel very uncomfortable. Whilst there a 3rd customer who clearly had learning needs entered and wasnt sure of the processes. The female staff member didn't explain to him how it works infact she laughed in his face belittled him and just kept shaking her head . Completely disgusted with her behav6we left .We will not be returning and advise others to do the same.I hope the company employs more approachable staff and deal with this matter and discriminating behaviour.

Great service by both Laura and Irena. Professionally dealing with around 140kg over a couple of days/visits.

Arrived at 4.51pm on 26/08/19 and was told by miserable attendant that they are closed and doing their 'accounting'. Its pretty annoying when a business says open until 5, and you pack all your clothes and drive there and they tell you they are not open. Maybe they already have enough clothes and money that they can turn away business. Personally I think they were too lazy to sort through the clothes.

Thank you so much to the team they are very helpful friendly and even helped me find an item I left in the bag and didn't mean to put in.Defo will be returning when I gather more clothing.Thank you again team

My Husband took a total carful here and he was very satisfied with the lady, she was pleasant and explained everything , she said there are some things that they don't take, which was fine, he was very happy.

As soon as I arrived outside the hut I was greeted with a miserable looking worker who grunted the words”use the door”. Once i had made it inside the worker ripped open the bag of clothes and started sorting through. The clothes were looked at carefully and most of my clothes were given back to me as they weren’t appropriate. The clothes handed back had the smallest holes possible (the size of a pin head). According to the leaflet, no holes or stains are allowed to be in clothes that are being donated. However, this is not made clear on the outside or the hut and neither is the amount of money that you get per Kilo of clothes. All in all the service that I received was appalling and I would recommend taking your clothes somewhere else, as I did not have a great experience.

Poor service, poor attitude. Arrived at 10 to 5 with 6 bags, a guy in a van told me that thr girl would take them as its 10 to 5 and anyway she's cashing up. I asked thr girl if she would and she just shook her head with a disapproving look and then walked back in the hut. I'm not sure if the van guy worked for cash for cloths or was the partner of the girl that works there.I'm sorry but if your open till 5pm you serve till 5pm and not close early.

The women that worked there was extremely rude. Literally blanked me for at least 3 minutes after i walked in. Very uncomfortable and strange experience.
