I got an apt quickly, the vet was really good with Harley, she ensured I got my big wheelchair in the small room and talk about his health so we could understand

Until October last year I couldn't really fault this veterinary practice but from October to say I'm disgusted would be an understatement... they initially diagnosed my dog with one issue, then diagnosed her with another, then pushed an expensive surgery on us which led to complications, then we found out that the original issue was still there and had not been dealt with. They gave us advice on our insurance policy and assured us that the procedure would be covered and it isn't, their lack of interest in my dogs aftercare is shocking and their only concern now is getting the money owed to them. Ive had a second opinion and a third on my dog and they've deemed the behaviour of this practice poor and unprofessional, they've found more issues and diagnosed things completely differently to how this practice did... best thing I can say is don't, ever, ever use this practice for your dog's safety

Took my Mum's dog Alfie to see the vet. He is almost 14 years old.

A veterinarian told me that my dog chewing toys was unnatural" and that it made the dog "autistic". Also

The vet was very kind and caring. She tiok her time with my rabbit (who hates going to the vet and listened when I told her she hates being picked up. She completed everything without picking her up and also took her time to calm her down before starting her health check and vaccinations. I felt her knowledge of rabbits was great and she really cared about my rabbit. I have said I would definitely ask for her again and my bun was not distressed when we arrived home (which she would usually be). Thank you so much Tammy for the positive experience and for caring.

Very disappointed that they wouldn't reorder my cats flea treatment untill they see him first..as he's not been in for 12 months.I said he's not been in as there's nothing wrong with him. Receptionist said for us to order he has to be seen.. yes ok book him in but I'm not paying a concultion fee as your requesting to see him.Once again moneys more important then the animal. How vet have changed over the years.Very sad.

Please beware, I will never use Vet4Pets ever again and I urge people to stay clear. My dog had a problem with her leg on a Friday afternoon, after speaking to them, they suggested with monitor the leg and she is walking on it. If we needed further advice then to go to another vet to get treatment as they don't do weekends. We had no choice but to go to the weekend vets and ended up paying over a £1100 when I have insurance. Months later I'm still trying to get my money back. So my advice is: Deal with a Vets who are open for urgent cases at the weekend and who process the claim on your behalf to give you peace of mind.

Amazing staff who clearly cared about our pet, went our of their way to provide support and treatment and who were extremely compassionate when I got a little emotional. They were there to answer our questions, kept in contact and were supportive in helping us sort out the insurance. Couldn't have asked for better.

Average service now, used to be really good.No weekend surgery's and now having to wait a min of 48 hours for treatment collections, if your lucky the lady next to me wasn't! Real shame been using VFP for nearly 11 years. Wind it back to pre-pandemic service levels please!!!
