Lovely store, well laid out and well stocked. Free parking and very convenient. Only issue is more variety available in larger store in Birmingham City Centre

Really tidy and well stocked with plenty of staff on the floor and tills so queues were long but moved really quickly. Will definitely visit this store again.

Much more relaxed feel than the Brum City Centre store. Slightly smaller, but same excellent range with a neater layout. Hard to beat a decent pair of Skinnies for a tenner, plus T-shirt for an extra two quid:-)

OK but a lot of the common sizes sell out quickly and are not replaced. Very busy in there and queues at the til get very long and feels like you are penned in when your waiting as its sectioned off. Staff always seem friendly.

Would have given five stars but recently bought items (baby) hanger and trousers correspond to size but the top was a different size altogether (one size smaller according to label) shame because this Primark s is not close to us, a lot of effort to go just for a return. Unusual feedback I know but there you go...

Wonderful place with different variety of options of cloth bags and cosmetics and shoes. I just love to shop for my family over here, especially for my baby girl, as they have a lot of options for babies, clothing, shoes, and accessories.
